Very easy to open a fixed ISA account
Very easy to open a fixed ISA account. I didn't give 5 stars because it was not explained that the funding account does not automatically go into the main account after the first deposit. It was sorted very quickly when I contacted admin on line.

Account opened successfully, however no welcome information/email received, no details of how to transfer initial deposit, no account numbers provided. Very poor start! Only information/instructions received was through my phone calls to their customer service department.

Frustrating transfer process
Frustrating transfer process between UBL and my other provider. Hard to say who was to blame but for the sake of an incorrect DOB issue, when both providers were adamant they had the correct data which it seems they did, it was anything but a smooth process!
