Not the best service and wheels dangerous
I just wanted to raise the following points regarding the issue with my tyres and replacing them.
I came into the garage to follow up on email sent, hadn't been received as email address online uncorrect. All 4 tyres had cracking appearing between all the treads. I was told on arrival when explaining the issue that it was my fault as I didn't do a lot of miles. I explained this shouldn't happen and have never had issue before, the manager I believe came and then spoke to me explaining they'd look at a claim.
I did not hear anything for a little while and I made the call to enquire and then came into the garage to discuss, was told they would be replaced but sliding scale on warranty claim. They both seemed unable to calculate what the price to change would be, said between 200 and 250max. They would get tyres in.
I waited a week and no call. I phoned again and was surprised to hear they had the tyres as no one had contacted me. I booked vehicle in.
On arrival I asked what the price was going to be to change, was told quite abruptly I don't know. I then got the bill at just over 280 which was more than I was quoted.
I am disappointed after having 4 tyres and then all 4 had to be replaced due to fault I have paid almost the same price to change them as I paid originally ?
Today after about 200 miles there was a strange noise and noticed one tyre bolt was missing and at least 3 on every wheel was loose. Dangerous!
They still have not responded to my initial concerns and will be speaking regarding this latest issue!

Asked for a price on some work too get my car through the MOT and I’ve been absolutely blanked because they don’t want too do the work so basically failed my car and now won’t do the work on it too pass it so basically failed my car and took the payment for the MOT and now won’t do the work on my car won’t be using this money con company again

What an amazing company
What an amazing company, I got the number from the internet I had not heard of King Tyre before I called them . The lady who answered the phone was polite and friendly she asked me to pop the car in to them at any time and they would take a look at the problem.
They fixed the puncture in my tyre with in 15mins and I was good to go . Plus the price they charge was very reasonable. Thank you King Tyre I will always use you for my tyre care.

I rang the garage to get last minute help with re-gassing my air con. The gentleman at the seat polite and helpful and made the effort to fit me in. The whole staff were helpful , friendly and happy to help with any query I had. The work was done in under a hour and kept me updated along the way. Thank you again, I will certainly be back.
