Listing process nightmarish and Paypal fees and delays in payment
I have had a hard time getting Twickets to confirm that my tickets are legit - I have forwarded confirmations now to three separate emails without response. The website does not allow me to proceed further. There is no number to call or email - only FAQs. The 'Continue" button is greyed out until they come back to me. Also, the last time I finally got my tickets listed and sold, only to find Paypal which seems to be their preferred payments co would not release the payment for 6 weeks and took a fee. I agree with their mission but their execution and customer service is very poor

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you found the listing process frustrating.
To help verify tickets, we ask sellers to provide their original order confirmation. In most cases this can be done by forwarding the confirmation email to the unique address provided during the listing process. If that's not possible, or you're unable to forward the email successfully, there's also the option to upload a PDF of the confirmation instead. The "Continue" button only becomes available once this verification step has been completed successfully.
We're also sorry you felt it was difficult to contact us. While we don't offer phone support, every FAQ page includes a link at the bottom to submit a support request directly to our customer support team.
Regarding PayPal, Twickets doesn't charge sellers a fee. If you choose to receive payment via PayPal, any seller fees are applied under PayPal's own policies, not by Twickets. These fees are highlighted throughout the listing journey and confirmed again in our emails, so sellers can make an informed choice before listing.
The six-week payment hold you experienced is also managed by PayPal rather than Twickets. Our understanding is that this can occur on an account's first transaction while PayPal completes its own verification processes. As this is determined entirely by PayPal, we'd recommend contacting them directly, as they may be able to advise whether there are steps available to complete verification and release funds sooner.

Great price on tickets
My wife and I already had tickets but are friends wanted to come with us. On the day before the gig we managed to get reduce price tickets so we were very happy. The venue and the gig itself were both amazing.

Didn't work as a seller
The system to sell tickets didn't work. I tried three times, and every time I got to the last stage, it wouldn't let me complete the transaction. I asked for help and only got a list of non relevant replies.

Straightforward transfer of tickets. Seller emailed me to make sure I had the AXS app and transferred. One negative, Twickets notifications are really delayed. Every time I received a notification the tickets were already sold. Only got these by checking the app often
