On this occasion the seller was selling x4 tickets at considerably less than face value. Fortunately l had 3 friends eager to go!

Bad Bunny in London
I got a ticket for the sold out Bad Bunny show. Switching on alerts meant I could quickly attempt to ‘win’ the ticket war! It took a lot of tries (there were 4400 people wanting a ticket) but I was finally successful. The seller quickly transferred them to me safely and securely through Ticketmaster. Twickets makes the whole deal fair and trustworthy.

Just to let you know, it is possible to reduce the asking price of your listing without cancelling and relisting. You can do this from the My Listings section on the Twickets website (this feature isn't available in the app just yet).

Really easy to buy tickets, love that they have the option to make an offer. We bought £100 standing tickets that were originally being sold for £300 on ticketmaster. Would highly recommend.

Impossible to buy tickets. Have alerts set up but useless. System glitches, delays always asking you to log in even when you're logged in, prove you're human, the app is a waste of space. FRUSTRATED

From what you've described, it sounds like you're trying to buy tickets for a very high-demand sold-out event. When tickets become available, alerts are sent to everyone who has registered interest at the same time. For the most popular events, that can mean thousands of people are notified for a single listing, so unfortunately receiving an alert doesn't guarantee that tickets will still be available by the time you try to purchase them.
To help set expectations, we now show the number of users with active alerts alongside the number of listings received and tickets sold for each event, so customers can better understand the level of demand.
Regarding the verification step, the "prove you're human" check is an important security measure that helps ensure tickets go to genuine fans rather than bots. As for being asked to log in again, this is typically related to device or browser settings that clear login information, rather than an issue with the app itself.
We completely understand that missing out on tickets is disappointing, especially for popular events, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Twickets Tickets
Have used Twickets in the past to both buy and sell concert tickets.
Always a very easy and seemless experience, especially the buying of tickets side, it’s a very simple process.
Not used for a long while now to buy tickets, but on the spur of the moment, I saw and offered on two tickets late on Thursday evening.
Within 5 minutes I received an email to say that my offer had been accepted.
I then got a lovely email from the seller thanking me for buying their tickets, and that they had already transferred them to me.
Asked me to confirm that I had received the tickets ok, which I had, they were already there in my See Tickets digital ticket wallet app, with no issues whatsoever (their original point of purchase was from See Tickets)
We used the two tickets last night - Saturday 27th June - at Stratford London Stadium to see the Take That Circus tour, and enjoyed an absolutely fantastic night.
Couldn’t recommend Twickets more, honestly everyone, it’s so easy and simple to do.
Best of all, you know you won’t ever pay more than face value for any tickets that you purchase, there’s just the 15% Twickets service charge on top.

Kept me updated with my initial sale which was open to offers . I refused the offers and withdrew the tickets .
I then put the ticket back on the site with a reduced price which Sold for a better price than the offers
