Excellent experience with Twickets

Excellent experience with Twickets. Very easy to list my tickets. I received several offers one of which I accepted. The process thereafter was very quick and easy. I received the payment via PayPal a very short time later. I would definitely use again

It was a really smooth process

It was a really smooth process. Good info about the location of the seat. But perhaps provide a location map too so buyers can see immediately where the seat is. In a stadium like White Hart Lane it is really important.
I liked the interface with Ticketmaster.

Super disappointing experience

Super disappointing experience using this platform. Clicked straight through from an email alert to buy some tickets, tried to pay straight away but was unable to due to an error with the sellers PayPal account setup. Had to take the time to raise the issue myself with Twickets via email as there is no live chat option. Twickets policy is to remove the listing then ask the seller to rectify the issue then relist the tickets. Of course they did this but this then means the tickets are released again on a first come first serve basis. Despite clicking through on the alert as soon as it came through to me as someone else got there first I was unable to buy the tickets this time around as someone else had got there a few seconds before me. In these situations there should be a policy that gives the original buyer a small window to buy the tickets as soon as the seller had rectified the issue with payment rather than asking them to remove the listing and relist. Doing things this way does seem a bit backwards, especially as the only reason I was unable to pay was due to an error the sellers end rather than my end. I have wasted all this time and still have no tickets to show for it!

Not a great experience.

Relief

Due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to attend a much anticipated concert
It was good to know the tickets weren't wasted
The process felt a bit stressful but I did manage to successfully pass on the tickets

I've used Twickets a number of times…

I've used Twickets a number of times now for last minute ticket purchases and I have been very pleased with the process. I like the alerts, I think the fees are reasonable and I like how the person your buying from contacts you personally regarding the transfer.
They are my preferred choice for ticket resale purchase and selling.
All tickets are face price or less, this is how ticket resale should work to protect real fans.

It was quite a smooth process to send the tickets to the seller. What should be better is the platform shouldn’t allow people to send stupid offers to sellers

Thanks for your review and for the 4 stars! We're really pleased to hear the ticket transfer process was smooth.

We appreciate your feedback about low offers. We do have a minimum offer threshold (currently 30% of the listing price), although we understand that some offers can still feel unrealistically low.

To help prevent spam, buyers can only have one active offer at a time. Sellers have complete control over whether to reject an offer (allowing the buyer to submit a new one) or simply leave it unanswered, in which case the buyer can't keep sending additional low offers.
