Very worst waste service

Bahut hi bekar hai ekadam bakwas hai inhone 3 sal Se mujhe pareshan karke Rakha Hai

if there is a negative rating i will only give that. this is a worst company who is not giving any value to their genuine customer. i have taken a product loan on flipkart and paid every emi on time still they are calling me after 20th of every month daily. as remember call i have told them several times that one or two call before emi date is ok but calling daily is really annoying but they are not taking it as seriously. before i have taken a loan from moneyview and from creditbee also every payment i have paid on time . so they are consodering me as a valuable customer so after onwe or two payment on time they wont make any call . just will get one message before emi date. so this is a worst company . i am checking to take further action because they are crossing rbi guidelines.........

कोई भी आदमी TVS से मोबाइल ना ले. क्यूंकि ये बताते कुछ हैं और होता कुछ और हैं, जो मेरे साथ हो चुका हैं.... और TVS अपने एम्प्लॉय से कॉल करवाती हैं EMI PAID करो करके. इनके इम्प्लॉय की पता नहीं होता की ग्राहक EMI दे चुखा हैं. और ये TVS एम्प्लॉय बोलते हैं ग्राहक में ऐटिटूड हैं. उनको पता नहीं होता की कॉल कट गयी या कॉल लगी हैं.. क्यूंकि मेरे पास पूरी रिकॉर्डिंग हैं..

Very poor experience with TVS Credit. I had a disappointing interaction with one of their agents. The agent used inappropriate language and spoke unprofessionally. It seemed they lacked proper customer service skills and did not know how to handle customer concerns respectfully. I expected better support and communication. I hope TVS Credit improves staff training and customer service standards to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Absolute shit company, will obtain your number through other means even if you didn't sign up and will spam call you twice a day

Very disappointing experience with TVS Credit. Felt like a complete fraud service because charges and terms were not explained properly at the beginning. Customer support gives different answers every time, and unnecessary calls keep coming even after payment updates. Totally unprofessional and stressful experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The staff behaviour was very rude there are a cashier is very low responsable to guide a customer

I am deeply concerned about TVS Credit’s handling of my grievance. Despite full repayment of my loan and issuance of an NOC for Loan Account TN3003CD0503391, the TVS Credit Device Administrator application continues to have control over my mobile device.

I first reported this issue via email on 14 July 2025, and it has now been over 1.5 months without any response or resolution from the company. This prolonged inaction constitutes a serious violation of:

RBI’s Digital Lending Guidelines (August 2022) requiring removal of access post-loan closure

Section 43A of the IT Act, 2000 (failure to protect sensitive personal data)

Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (unfair trade practices and harassment)

Continuing to hold administrator privileges and potentially access customer data without consent or legal justification is unacceptable and erodes trust. I have been forced to escalate this matter to RBI’s grievance cell, cybercrime authorities, and consumer forums to seek redressal.

I strongly urge TVS Credit to immediately revoke app privileges, confirm permanent deletion of my data, and comply with regulatory norms.

Your TVS Credit EMI payment services is very bad

Emi collecting agent all time come to evening after 6:30Pm or 7 clock only came to home , politely informed for me but emi collection agent talk with very rudely talk with me and fighting for me that person came my fighting me ????? This is the TVS Credit ltd rules and regulations?????? One of worst people 😒 🙄 😑 worst service in the TVS please brief your team how spoke with Customer, how to plotitly spoke with Customer somebody's ask that person . My query resolve or me go to police complaint.......
