Delivery service for this company is terrible there’s plenty better company’s out there so shop about wouldn’t recommend at all… 😡

Wait for the message back we have upgraded our service that’s a utter lie they use cheap delivery service 😡

I was nervous of ordering after reading all the negative reviews on here, but I ordered on the 4th November and it was here on the 5th. Can't fault it.

Awful service from a company my mum relies on for some important medication. I made 2 purchases with them before and it was fine, on my 3rd purchase in October they haven’t delivered my order and refuse to get back to me by email or calls. I will have to write to Trading Standards.

First time ordering from them, it was a very fast delivery. The product helped a lot and the smell is really good. I will buy again in the future!

The site has many options and verity and you can find almost everything you are searching. The customer support is very helpful and they solved my mistake really quick.

Very helpful customer support, product was as described, generally no issues.

Never received my supplements. Called & emails lots of time but no answer and lost £200 , never buy from them !!

Having read the reviews above I was pretty nervous about the order I had made. I found on the second review a phone number, they promised to pass on my message and I was phoned back. Long story short, I ordered 2 items and received my 2 items and then another 4 of the same without paying for them. They seem a little disorganised, but I felt compelled to let them know that I now had 6 products for the price of 2. In good faith they asked that when I started using the extra products to phone them and make a payment. I thought it was only fair to write this review and give them some points in their favour. I am glad they supply my products.

Scam.
I ordered £16 worth of goods and received no email confirmation. They have taken the money out of my bank account.
They have not replied to my email
And this is just awful.

The number 0800 002 9506 it is a voicemail with no chance to talk to real human, however I found on FB number 020 8962 8851 and after calling this number they helped me sorting out the issue with my order. Hope it helps. Good luck!

Ordered my vitamins on 17th December 2021 paid next day delivery still waiting on delivery no respond to emails please avoid this company

Company hasnt issued a refund after one month of taking money for product that wasnt in stock. No response to calls, and emails. Do not shop with them.

I ordered my product over 5 weeks ago at first I received an out of stock email and I was still charged for the item. Over a month later I wrote to turmeric and honey requesting my money back. I never received a response and then got an email saying my order was processed. I did receive the product approx 6 week after ordering.

Received a nasal spray that looks like it has been previously opened. I didn't realise this until i went to use it as thought it was just squashed in transit but on closer inspection realised it looked like it had been opened and closed multiple times. The company is not respoding to my emails requesting return sent 5 days ago. Should have checked Trustpilot first before purchasing.

This is the first time i write a review on trust pilot with the purpose to alert my fellow customers. I made an order with tumeric and honey for some supplements. The website looked legit, the price point was acceptable and I also liked the name of the shop. After the order the company informed me that products are apparently delivered from different warehouses and that one product was out of stock. At that point i asked for the refund of that product that was out of stock.
To cut the long story the company made partial delivery of products and charged me for the full amount (i was charged for missing product as well).
I have tried to call the company - the phone simply didnt work. I also sent numerous emails to the company which have never been acknowledged or answered.
Only at the point when I threatened them (in numerous emails) with a legal action and reported them to my bank Tumeric and Honey (all of a sudden) got back to me saying that they will refund me immediately. My bank told me that the company put my card on a recurring list - meaning (for those who doesnt know) they would be taking my money every month for no reason until they are stopped (this was absolutely crazy to me and looked like a proper fraud).
Eventually i got my refund for a missing product that many weeks later.
Advice - find another place to shop!

Made an order on the 7/10. Received and email confirmation of the payment received and advising that another email will be sent once they ship the supplement. On the 14/10 -week later ! When I’ve emailed asking where my order was, they replied that it was out of stock! Really? So why don’t you update you website , so we could buy else where ??? Don’t recommend. Last time I’m buying from this website

I bought a product from this site in good faith. We had not used them before but the product was available from them whilst out of stock elsewhere.

Sadly, on receiving the product we realised we had ordered the wrong item. On the same day we reported this via written communication via email. We stated that we would like to exercise our right to return. The goods were posted back and received by the company (via tracked postage service). Since then, we have been promised the refund would be processed but this has never materialised.

I have now resorted into opening a disputed transaction claim with my credit card company. For a £50 order, it's a shame it has to come to involving my credit card company. If that doesn't work a claim via CCJ / Small Claims Court will be filed against the company if the refund is not forthcoming.

Advice to the company:
If you wish to run an e-commerce site (or any other business online), please ensure your processes are efficient, or at the very least operational. After reading other reviews on Trustpilot, I sadly suspect that is not a priority.

Advice to potential customers:
Don't waste your time or money, buy elsewhere.

I read reviews here after I'd ordered, so was pretty horrified. I left a message on their telephone asking for despatch confirmation, saying I was worried in case they were a scam, mentioning some reviews on Trustpilot! Lol However, thankfully, I have received emails answering my queries satisfactorily and received a despatch email. Delivery was quoted as 7 days although the page said 'in stock', a little confusing as next to it said 'delivery 7 days'... Apparently, they don't carry stock of Heel products. I received my drops in 9 days. So, all in all I would recommend, but just make allowances that delivery may be a little slower than told. Price for the drops was excellent. This is my second time with this company. They never respond to phone calls, neither emails. I paid for my order, have no updates. Tried to contact them, no response.

This is unbelievable, I contacted them in August, then decided to write my TrustPilot review, as you see per their answer, it has taken them almost until October to respond!
