Tuiss Blinds UK Recenzje 

Houten jaloezieën gekocht bij Tuiss. Wij kregen een leveringsdatum en bezorgtijd door van TNT, voor 18.00 uur. Helaas de dag van levering niets ontvangen en stond de T&T ineens op vertraagd. Gesproken met de klantenservice van Tuiss, maar deze stelde gewoon voor om zelf maar even te bellen met TNT. Behoorlijk onklantvriendelijk behandeld aan de telefoon! Op dit moment hebben wij de jaloezieën in huis, maar bij openmaken van de doos bleek er al gelijk een onderdeel stuk. Klantenservice hoef je niet te bellen in ieder geval... Beter te noemen; geen service. Heel jammer! Jaloezieën zien er verder namelijk goed uit.

Op eind november heb ik een bestelling geplaatst maar altijd als de leveringsdatum er is word deze met een week verlengd. Waneer ik dan contact opneem krijg ik altijd het zelfde antwoord, dat ze het volgende week zullen verzenden waarna ik na een week wachten weer tot de zelfde conclussie kom. Jammer genoeg tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds geen concreet antwoord gehad waarom dit zo blijft aanslepen. Zelfs in tijden van corona is dit toch extreem lang wachten, hoop dat ik ooit nog mijn bestelling zal zien.

Update: na het schrijven van deze recensie heeft men contact opgenomen met mij en heeft men het betaalde bedrag terugestort waarvoor dank.

Fabulous blinds and a cracking fitting too.
On the occasions I've had to call customer services, they have been just brilliant and so very accommodating. I just cannot fault them.
Why can't all customer service people be this good.

The replacements were sent free as a goodwill gesture even though the blinds were over 3 years old. Would highly recommend.

So easy to fit and really simple design looks great in our large window.

The curtains we ordered are absolutely superb. The quality of the cloth is lovely, the workmanship and finish is of such a high standard they really are outstanding value.
