I placed my order in mid-November during the Black Friday sale, intending it as a Christmas gift. After weeks of silence and no delivery, the shipment was eventually returned to the sender.... Zobacz więcej

Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung! :)
Very helpful
Contacted the company with a bunch of questions, as they are one of the only European suppliers for anything tufting related. They suggested to set up a videocall, which I've gladly accpeted. They answered all my questions and more, as they even showed me everything in their studio, how they teach their classes, what can be done to improvise some things,... Very helpful tips and tricks! When I was creating my order they, again, were very helpful - I told them my wishes and they created an offer I just couldn't refuse ;)
Their "support/help team" is very quick to respond and answer any questions. Not to mention they have all their tutorials in a video format on Youtube - can't be more helpful than that!
When sending the packages they made sure they have all the necessary tracking numbers, just in case.
All in all a great experience.

Thank you so much for the kind words! :)

Hi,
I've just noticed that you left us a 1-star-review on Trustpilot so please allow me to publish one of the many mails I wrote to you in which I explained why there was now wrongdoing from our side:
"We started shipping from the EU more than two weeks after you ordered. When you placed your order on March 5th it was written everywhere on our website that we ship from Switzerland and that fees can apply. Not only that: There was even a calculator open on the left bottom side of the shop that showed you exactly the amount of import fees that you have to pay based on the products in your shopping basket. Furthermore, when you went through the checkout process there were at least two highlighted hints that informed you about the fact that additional import fees will apply.
I'm very sorry that this was such an unpleasant experience for you but I'm afraid that I really do not know how we should have made that more clear. The only mistake that has been made on our side was a missing thread cutter which has been fully refunded."
I tried solving this issue very patiently and explained the facts to you in several mails. Unfortunately, you never actually replied to any of my explanations; instead you chose to write this review with false statements. I would kindly ask you to read our conversations from last April again and maybe you want to reconsider the message of your review.
