We purchased the TSN app to watch NHL games. Where are they?? We get hardly any! Blackout games. Why did I pay 200$ for next to nothing. I tried explaining that to one of their representatives but all she said was that she was sorry I was unhappy. No refund. She said I can cancel but not until the end of my contract. I want to cancel now and get refunded for the remainder of the contract. I feel I threw away $200. Oh well live and learn I guess. I’m 65 years old and still learning. Brutal. Beware people.

Absolute Garbage
Purchased the 4 month subscription they were pumping in September for football season - touted as having all the NFL action, yet had just a few live games each week. Just noticed a renewal email which wasn't on my radar as I purchased a 4 month package. Called to cancel, they wont refund my money because the renewal is apparently in the terms and conditions. Never doing business with them again - app was garbage - Save your money

The execs at TSN said we need a streaming app and the IT guy said “give me the weekend, I’ll put something together.”

You can start by airing the National Anthem before the game. Shame on you for your wokeness. Think of all the people you upset by not doing so.

Awful, always slow, rarely runs smoothly. What a disgrace

I subscribed this month to watch some hockey for the holidays, but every NHL game is blacked out. Honestly feel ripped off for the 30 bucks I paid. But hey, the world juniors are coming up. But this? $30 to advertise NHL games but black them out?FALSE ADVERTISING CLAIM.

This is the WORST sports channel out there. There are always issues and the same error: "this game is not available for your region" and when I watch the same game on Prime or ESPN or any other sports channel it works.

TV programs were good for the population 30 years ago, but now Canada has tens of millions of new immigrants who are not interested in American football, baseball and hockey
Time to reprogram almost everything on tsn

I got a subscription because in TSN web said the they provide the full access to F1 races, unfortunately it is no really true, when you want watch the practices and Qualify it is not available, additional the replay is available 1 day after. when I contacted to TSN support the First Lady she recommended me watch the F1 in live, it mean that sometime I need don't assist to my job :s

TSN doesn’t even deserve 1 star, there’s no content, the Montreal Canadians and the senators are playing and I can’t even watch the games, why is it showing me things I can’t even watch, I originally thought I could watch all the NHL games, but I can’t even watch my favourite teams, what a bust, complete rip off, tried to get a refund because the service is garbage and they refused, it’s a channel that rips its customers off !

No refunds they just steal your money and point you to their massive terms and conditions 🤓

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Canada owned network, Raptors playing at home tonight, they have one NBA game on and its pistons at pacers. Where is the thought process in this?

I had a problem with my TSN Direct subscription where what should have been the annual rate was showing on my subscription information screen as a monthly rate. Should have been a very simple problem to fix. So I clicked on the link on the TSN page to access the support chat. The link didn't work. They also had a Twitter handle you could supposedly @ for support. So I did that, and no one responded to me. Finally I called, and the agent assured me that the rate was annual, but said it was impossible to send an email to confirm that. So I was left with the subscription page on the website telling me that I would be charged an annual rate every month, but someone verbally telling me that wasn't actually true. Basically, "Trust me bro". And I thought, "Given that you can't do literally anything right (your chat doesn't work, you don't answer your Twitter handle, and you can't send accurate written confirmation of what my subscription is), no, I'm not going to trust you."

The two play by play commentary that do the Toronto Maple leafs are horrible, should be doing AAA games for kids. Listen to the commentary out of Edmonton and Tampa game on Thursday night. Now that’s how it’s done. Your two guys put me to sleep.

I purchased a yearly plan to watch my NHL team. Found out right away that my team isn't covered after logging in. My mistake. Tried to cancel, same day,...nope. Lost a year's subscription. No way to talk to anyone, no way to get an email of corporate mucky mucks... wow

If you want to watch nhl don't bother. I bought a year membership and immediately regretted it. They dont' care. Horrible customer service. No refunds. Haven't been able to watch 1 nhl game yet. Garbage.....

F1 Ads are horrible and intrusive. Post race analysis often cut. Other sports matches being transferred to TSN+, making regular TSN subscribers feel obligated to pay more for things that where included before. Lack of 4K programming. The only reason TSN still exists is because is basically a monopoly on many sports.

A very upsetting situation I subscribed to get a better idea of the range of hockey games. I cancelled right away, but, no refund policy. No recognition that the subscription was made in error and that I have not watched anything on tsn. This is a ridiculous scam.

Awful! They don’t have any of the services they advertised that they would have. And no refunds. I’m contacting my bank in hopes that I can get my money back. TSN is a complete and total scam.
