What is going on with this company?? Purchased a Sauna 8days ago and have not received as much as a Tracking number. Ordered from them due to 5-6day delivery stated and now going to miss birthday it was purchased for. Have tried to contact "Nicola" three times since with no response. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!!!

It’s basically a scam. They say 90 day trial but small print “can’t be opened” and try and hide behind this even though it’s a breach in CRA. That aside ours was faulty so requested a full refund in accordance with our rights, it’s at this point they stop responding. Now proceeding with court action, something I’m fortunate enough to be able to do quite easily.

Poor customer service.n No communication, with dispatch. No answering of emails despite speaking to a friend of the company and saying will email. Delivery late for intended birthday.

I was really excited about this product (home sauna) having chosen it over others specifically based on the reviews I’d found online.

My order arrived on Saturday in a box that looked like it had been dragged through a gutter and mauled by a beast. I thought about whether I should even attempt to proceed, but decided to press on and setup the sauna as it’s been a goal of mine to have a home sauna for many years and the contents of the box looked ok.

Sauna was relatively easy to setup, but there were a few gaps and I was surprised not to find a simple tutorial online.

Unfortunately, a couple of minutes into my first session, the sauna started to lose heat. I went out to check why and could see steam rising from the steam unit. The lid had cracked and was no longer working as it should. With the lid compromised, the entire product is useless.

I’ve raised my issue to customer service and am hoping for a speedy resolution. For the few minutes that the product worked, it did look impressive and to be exactly what I’d hoped for, so fingers crossed that this is just a blip.

The customer service team has been incredible. I chose Sudor not just for the product reviews, but for the customer service reviews in case anything was to have gone wrong. Great communication and diligence in sorting out my lid issue. I now have the replacement and can confirm that the product is fantastic value for money, delivering a brilliant sauna/steam experience for such a reasonable price. I give a 5-star review because, although I had an initial issue with the product, the team more than compensated for that issue with their efforts and I've ended up with even more confidence in the product and company than I would have had if everything had worked perfectly from the outset.

The portable Sauna is amazing, Easy to use and Easy to set up. Highly recommend to everyone.

The sauna took a few weeks to arrive but as it was a Black Friday deal & leading up to Xmas there was delays everywhere. When queried the company would follow up on any queries right away wanting to right a wrong & put you at ease.
Once arrived, the product easy enough to assemble but 2 ppl would be quicker finding it easier. Set up is easy & straight forward & the magical feeling of steam in that 3 foot squared space is amazing, so good for the body, so relaxing & refreshing ...... I could easily fall asleep in there, I'm so glad I indulged ❤️🙏

Took a littler while for a date for dispatching order but once date received the speed of delivery was as informed. Once delivered the item was easy to assemble despite being on my own to assemble it. Easy to use and have had 4 saunas a week since its deliver

I wish i got more frequent emails or sms regarding my package delivery logs. I nearly had to get in touch with customer service to check where my parcel was but luckily i got a email after a afew weeks after i purchased it.

From the beginning to the end of ordering process has been an excellent experience! When I had questions ( and I had many) about the products these guys were very helpful and made the whole thing so easy! The product itself? Well I can’t give it enough stars! It’s the best purchase I have ever made and my partner loves it so much especially as he goes for very long runs and gym sessions. He has noticed a significant difference with the recovery time which is now much quicker. The quality of the product is top notch! Easiest thing to install!

Took a while to come..correspondence could have been a wee bit better but im delighted with the sauna.. ive had it 3wks now..think only 2 days in that time ive not used it.. great for a post workout/bike ride/winter hike.. even cleared a bad chest i had when i first got it..honestly im very happy with the £280 i spent on it.

Love the product and the service from this company so far. Sauna itself works well and gets hotter than you’d think. Thanks.
