Lois and I enjoyed the trip to Italy…
Lois and I enjoyed the trip to Italy you arranged for us. After the chaos when we arrived and no limo driver, fortunately I checked my I phone to find out you gave Daniel the wrong names, but we got to Hotel after an hour connecting eventually. Manfredi hotel upgraded our room, which was freezing, so we wanted a change, but elevator lights went out, and we had to leave building nearby to get back in hotel--then changed to better suite for 3 days, and finally the best suite for last 2 days. Not the best start, but all well after that. Manfredi people were great. The Vatican tour was great--Franciscan Brother MAX was fantastic, and other Rome tours were great. Sergio great driver to Sorrento, where hotel very good and personnel helpful and food just okay, but restaurants good there. Breakfast at Manfredi was excellent but barely average breakfast at Cocumella hotel.
Vittorino driver good on tour of Amalfi--wonderful country and boat trip w/Adriano to Capri was excellent. Driver Claudio back to Rome airport was very good but dropped us at terminal 3--he and us--never got change to #1 so we had to walk aways for flight home.
Overall a good trip with good people in your system, but hope minor bugs would be worked out if we take another True Trip

We’re very happy to hear that you had such a great time during your stay in Greece and that your experience was nothing but smooth sailing. We look forward to hosting you again Nancy!
All in all
All in all, True Trips did a great job. We booked our trip with very little notice and True Trips did a thorough job in providing us alternatives with in our budget. We had some very unexpected weather delays and having True Trips run interference for us was amazing. They got us refunds for hotels and excursions we did not take. We credit their relationship with the vendors for that. We had to secure new ferry tickets ad they secured them for us so we did not have to give up a day of vacation to wait for them.
The hotels we stayed at were wonderful and were totally geared to pampering us. In particular, the staff at the Canavas Oia in Santorini went out of their way to make our stay- which was shortened by two full days-amazing.
The only thing we wish we were told, though, was that Mykonos does tend to be very windy in late September. In retrospect, we might have gone to a different island.

Nancy, we’re very happy to hear that we fulfilled your expectations and created an amazing experience for you! The weather conditions that occurred during your trip were unparalleled and not typical of Greece at all. Indeed, our team did everything possible to ensure that your experience had as little distress as possible despite the unprecedented weather conditions during your holiday. Given the difficult situation, and the exceptionally high winds you experienced in Mykonos, we’re delighted to receive your praise and hear that you felt well taken care of. The relationships that we have with our partners are something that we value and take very seriously; we want only the very best for our guests and for this reason we careful select each of our partners. We look forward to hosting you again (and under better weather conditions)!

Everything went perfectly smoothly...transfers, hotels, ferries, airports. Well the hurricane was a problem but TrueTrips even helped us navigate that situation. All of our transfers were timely with super friendly people. Our hotels were unbelievable with each one being better than the last. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again for my next journey across the pond.

Return True Trips Customer
We have organized 3 trips with True Trips. Hotels were always impeccable. Travel while in Europe was seamless with the included transfers. All but one tour they organized was amazing. Tour guides were well versed and passionate about the topics of their tours. Our tour in Venice of Murano and Burbank was the only one that fell short. Sadly, that one felt more like sales tour for beautiful, but expensive glass pieces. The guide was not well prepared to answer historical questions my daughter posed to him.
Overall I would highly recommend True Trips because of the amazing experiences we had traveling with them!

This is our second trip with TrueTrips and we had another great experience. I would not hesitate to use them again. All the accommodations are very high quality and the activities/excursions they plan have always been the highlight. They really do only partner with the best tour operators and vendors in the area. I would say that if you are traveling with children in Europe during the summer ask about finding accommodations with a pool (or a hotel that has access to a pool). It would have been really nice to have had a pool to relax in after a long, hot day of sightseeing.

Superior experiences
My wife and I have traveled a number of times (4 trips) with TrueTrips and every one was all that we had hoped for. The preliminary trip preparation and planning went very well with answers to all of our questions. The actual trip went without a problem and the coordination of drivers and hotels all went as planned. Accommodations were as promised and all wonderful. We have traveled with several travel companies but before learning of TrueTrips, We will be traveling with TrueTrips again.
