to chris what a waste of money was better of with google maps on my phone treid everything got other people to try to its is now layin in a box with a load of old junk would advice people to stay clear at least Robin Hood wore a mask

Superb service and quick delivery even in harsh times with covid as previously sent Chris a quick message on Facebook and got quick response very helpful

I bought my sat nav from Chris at truck nav about 18 months ago. It is a fantastic bit of kit which I use tramping all over Britain. Had a small issue with it and a quick call to chris and it was sorted over the phone in minutes. Can't get better customer service than that. A must for any trucker to have. It does exactly what it says, is easy to use and really is an absolute bargain.

Ordered a sat nav. Asked about updates. Rude responses. Poorly written instruction booklet. Avoid! Ordered a hard case and got soft. Better off elsewhere.

Twice i have had queries on something on my Truck nav i wasn't sure of and both times Chris mailed me back within an hour of me mailing him. I'm going to France and only want to travel on Toll free roads so i asked Chris how to change my settings. All done now and the advice off Chris will save me hundreds of Euros. Thanks.

Warning! Do not return anything unless recorded delivery. Had been sent a faulty item and wished to return, tried to contact via website and email without response therefore called direct. Chris was very difficult on the phone and I found I had to persist to get the return address. Chris is now denying receiving it! Suspicious? Yes! Very disappointed with attitude and customer service.

My wife bought the Satnav for our motorhome as tom tom seemed to seek out narrow lanes and also directed me into car parks i hadn't entered. After entering my motorhome dimensions Truck nav keeps me on acessible routes. I had a query on a Saturday about Trucknav coverage in Ireland. I received a positive reply within the hour. Chris was very helpful, a real one stop shop for truckers. I told him what I was looking for and he guided me to the right product. Service was fast, and professional and I have the comfort of after sales help should I need it. Its a no brainer.

I have got to say this is probably one of the best sat navs I have purchased, I have had mine now for about 5 months now and it's never let me down yet , I have been all over the UK and into France and it's been faultless every time the maps are up to date and European maps are also fantastic to , once you set your truck parameters up on it your away no probs .

Extremely disappointed with the customer service which frankly is non existent. I have emailed them several times asking for help after 2 journeys the dash cam storage was full and I cannot clean it - it simply won't work. So the dash cam is effectively useless. Trucknavs I would still appreciate some sort of response after trying 6 times to contact you in different ways.

My partner just purchased a sat nav for his lorry and is very happy with it. Great product at a great price. The customer service was very good and the delivery quick, all in all a good online shopping experience.
