Nice looking medals BUT...
Nice looking medals and quick delivery BUT CAREFUL: They correct spelling, punctuation and/or grammatical "errors" that they feel need correcting without any notification or seeking of approval. They changed my engraving in a way that actually altered the intended meaning and as a consequence did not make sense anymore for what I needed them for. Customer service were quick at responding after my complaint and sent me replacement medals with my original engraving. However, unfortunately, it was too late at that point as the event had already happened.

Odpowiedź od TrophyStore.co.uk
Hi Monika,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're pleased you were happy with the appearance of the medals and the quick delivery, but we're sorry that the changes made to your engraving altered the intended meaning.
We have a checking process in place where we may correct spelling, punctuation or grammar when something appears to have been entered incorrectly, with the intention of preventing errors from being engraved. Unfortunately, in this instance the wording was intentional and our amendment changed its meaning.
We're glad our customer service team responded quickly and arranged replacement medals with your original engraving at no additional cost, although we apologise that this happened in the first place.
We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to put this right as far as we could.
