Still awaiting a meaningful reply with regard a faulty item - no response to acknowledge this - only automated email replies received. Very poor customer service - will have no alternative but to take the matter further .☹️

Where is my order? #6145 You are ignoring me - I ordered a pair of sliders over 2 weeks ago, the money left my account but no sign of them. Sent emails, what’s apps, tried calling you number. You promised 2 - 5 days delivery and it's now been 14. I want my money back.

Sent numerous emails, what’s apps, tried calling their ‘number’ about my order on May 27th. Was promised tracking and delivery in one short response… timeframe subsequently passed and radio silence.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the whole outfit is a scam based on the reviews below.
Shall be reporting to trading standards and suggest everyone in a similar situation does the same.

Never received my order or any sort of communication regarding this. Ive sent them a couple of emails and not one person took the time to respond back to me.

Good service , I requested to get an email when my size came back in stock which they did and it was a quick delivery

SCAM, FRAUDS, THIEVES AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Placed an order (5863) with these frauds and had instant confirmation shortly followed by reassurance of my delivery timeframe. Several weeks later and still no further communication or dispatch notification received. Tried leaving many calls and voicemails. Multiple emails, WhatsApp, Instagram messages but completely being ignored. This was a gift for my girlfriend who has since posted on her Instagram about the scam to which Trndz Boutique reported to Instagram to get this removed. I find it bizarre that a company wouldn’t even message about the issue as they wouldn’t of known what order she was relating to. Luckily I’ve now managed to get a refund from my credit card provider. It was only at this point, I had a response asking to retract my claim. I’m certain I would of never received my item or refund had I not paid on credit card. It’s apparent that majority of recent reviews are very similar to this ordeal and it appears they’ll be force to close this appalling business which would be throughly deserved. NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!

EDIT: Within 30 minutes of posting this review, I finally received a response after weeks of waiting. I received two emails within 10 minutes with threats of legal action and accusing me of being a liar despite them clearly knowing this is not the case. Very unprofessional but would expect nothing less from this so called 'business'.

I have email evidence advising me to remove the chargeback. At no point did I request a refund and I only received my money back from my credit card provider after I raised a case with them after a substantial amount of time exceeded the expected delivery date with no communication. They had no choice of accepting the chargeback as this is instantly automatically done by my credit card provider, after providing them of the evidence of this scam.

Would advise anyone considering purchasing from this business to read the most recent reviews as most are unfortunately similar to mine. AVOID!

Edit: Surprisingly no legal action was taken despite the threating emails 3 months ago. Other than reporting the review to Trustpilot to be removed but they have also sided with me based on my evidence.

Ordered 2 Moncler T-shirt’s and Valentino Slides - items sent at different times and both later than advertised. T-shirt’s a few days late and slides nearly 4 weeks late. Emails were responded to in timely manner giving update. Pleased with price and quality of all items. Only issues with delivery preventing 5 star review.

Order 6033. Where is my refund? The order was cancelled over a week ago and I'm yet to receive my refund. You can't speak to no one, all responses are automated and you get ignored on WhatsApp. Very horrible customer service! Where is my money??? £1320 is no joke. I need my money refunded!

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a refund. This is for an item that was never sent out in the first place yet it's taking over 2 weeks to refund????

You directed me to email messaging which I did. Last email I received from you lot was nearly a week ago asking me to contact my bank since you had processed the refund to which I responded, asking for the return process date as requested by the bank. I got no response, then I sent another reminder over 2 days ago, still no response. You call that responding to emails?

Bought a hat on the 9th of May. Order just says pending and there has been absolutely no contact of any updates on this order

Ordered trainers goin on 2 wks now with no contact or update.. there are afew red flags with this i feel.. ive emailed 4 times with no reply av called 10+ times no one ever answers just a recording sayin leave time wel call u back.. no one ever does.. says shipping is usually 2-3 days uk .. yet wen i go inline to the site n track.. my order is still pendin wen theyve took my money.. not happy at all .. it is getting looked into.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, order no. #5947 I received an email order confirmation. I have checked my credit card and have been charged for the item, yet the order on your website still states pending and no response to my emails, phone calls, voicemails. As far as I’m concerned you can cancel the order and I will be in touch with my credit card to request the payment be void. Horrendous customer service.

Awful company, was advised the item would be shipped and wasn’t, then after several emails, whatsapp/Instagram messages I was advised my order was cancelled and would receive a refund. Still waiting this refund, it’s been a week and nothing. I’ve emailed and nothing. It seems they only respond if you leave a bad review, strange. Were is my refund?

Since writing my original review, I have been promptly contacted by the service team who have swiftly resolved my order and refund. They have been very efficient and have provided a timely update on refund and delivery of item.

Bad company. Terrible communication.
Placed an order (5890) on Saturday 15/5/21.
Trndz Boutique states delivery is 2-5 working days by DPD Local.
I had not received the item by Thursday 20/5/21 and I needed the item by Friday 21/5/21 latest.
I tried to WhatsApp message Trndz Boutique several times during the day and got no response.
I proceeded to email and received an auto response stating they would review my concern as soon as possible. I emailed a second time an hour later, but this time I asked for a refund simply because I would not receive the item in the time I needed it and said this is bad customer service.
Trndz Boutique replied, I quote: “Refunding me is no issue, I just want to understand how that is bad customer service?”
I have decided to share my experience in this review to provide better understanding.
As a customer if you state your delivery is 2-5 days I expect the item in that amount of time.
What could be improved is implementing a better parcel tracking service for customers as the system you currently use just stated my order was “pending” for 4 days.
I am waiting to receive my refund.
