Worst customer service ever. Asked a simple question about my order because of a small mistake I made adding something to cart which cost me an extra 12 dollars and I asked if they could fix it for me seeing that I was spending over 250
Dollars during their Black Friday sale. After a full week of emailing with no response and my order still not being shipped I tried to reach them through Shop Pay with my question and then they canceled my entire Black Friday order as a response and was rudely told when someone finally wrote back that they canceled my order because they were concerned I was going to do a chargeback which wasn’t even the case I was only asking for a 12 dollar adjustment for not adding certain items the right way apparently (more specifically they had a bundle of 3 items that they had priced 12 dollars higher than adding them to cart separately which was their error)so this should have been an easy fix just a simple price adjustment and as a result I was accused of trying to steal from them and they canceled my entire order of Christmas gifts. Just awful!

This company is a rip off. Ordered a digital gift card on Nov. 12 2025. Money was received and cleared the next day. As of 12/1 have not received it, nor heard back from the company after 8 attempts to contact them. Will be reporting as theft. What a scam.

I love Trixie Cosmetics. Their customer service is responsive, but not the quickest. They are a small business and explained to me that delivery speed is affected if they have launches happening. I like supporting small businesses. Order with enough time and you’ll be fine. I’ve received some orders within a week and others in 2-2.5 weeks. The quality of the products are truly amazing.

I have written one review to no avail. I have emailed the office 3 times to no avail. I had to report this company to the BBB. They have crap for customer service.

I had a really amazing experience with the customer service team

Ordered a robe, it was dropped at the wrong pickup point by Canada post and was returned to sender. Annoying, but TC stated they would resend it once received. Cool.
I waited well over a month ,checking in a couple of times, and still no word. I finally reached out with screenshots showing that the parcel had been received by their mailroom over two weeks prior. They still claimed the item was never received (despite the screenshots and tracking information) and gave me a hard time about it. I did end up getting a refund after many emails and more runaround than I thought possible. If I hadn’t pressed and bothered them repeatedly they wouldn’t have refunded me, and obviously wouldn’t have sent the robe back out. A real shame since I’ve LOVED everything that I’d purchased from the brand prior (multiple palettes/blushes/brushes/apparel)…and I’m a Trixie fan. Definitely disappointed in the customer service though. I’ll still support the brand and Trixie, but I won’t be ordering from their actual site again.

Amazed on how fast my order shipped. Had great communication with staff about my shipping address(just moved and have had difficulties with the address). Have used all 4 products I bought and love them all. The scents are great and not overpowering. My favorite though is the stay the night shimmer topper in summer flame! It applies great and looks amazing!

Fabulous products, some of the best glitter I've ever used! AMAZING packaging, I've kept all the boxes! Shipping was super fast to Europe and really reasonably priced. I have ordered twice and I will order again!

Really bad communication - waiting forever just to find out that there was no eta on the items so just flat out gave up after the cold and dead response from the team.
