Tritex Games is owned and independently run by Jason Thornton. I have personally been involved in gaming circles for over three decades and have a true passion for the gaming hobby and all things sci-fi & fantasy. I always enjoyed playing games when I was younger but there was never a great range out there to play so I usually played the classics such as Risk and Monopoly. When I was a teenager I discovered Dungeons and Dragons and roleplayed for a number of years. In my early 20’s I got into playing collectable card games such as MTG and around this time I also learned to play other specialist games and was introduced to war gaming. I have always preferred playing shorter skirmish games such as Blood Bowl rather than larger scale battles and when WOTC introduced Dungeons & Dragons and Star Wars miniature games I played these for a while. I started up Tritex Games in 2004 as I found there was a need for a store that focused on supplying a large selection of fantasy and sci-fi miniatures for war gaming and roleplaying. The range has been growing ever since. In 2013 Fantasy Flight Games launched X-Wing miniatures and this game along with other popular miniature titles they produced such as Star Wars Imperial Assault and Star Wars Armada have become a core part of our range ever since. Tritex Games couldn’t be run without the help of a great team and I am fortunate to have the support of a great team my wife Bethany, Megann, Sandra, Sarah, Keyleigh, Joseph working alongside me. During the busy seasons and at trade shows my daughter Amber and a number of other staff come to work for us on a part-time basis and help us keep the orders flying out the door as fast as they come in. In 2017 we opened a new retail unit in Stafford for tabletop gaming and organising play.

I do apologise we have refunded a couple of miniatures due to sales in store not being updated and on thousands of products a few slip through. We are in the process of implementing a new Epos system to improve our stock management and I apologise for letting you down on the last couple of orders.

The place to go for Trading Card Games
The place to go for Trading Card Games. On the whole Tritex best asset is their Customer Service. I have ordered from Tritex a few times, notably in the past year where Card Games were frequently affected by delays, stock issues etc.
However, Tritex made sure I was informed at every stage of my order, and when items were delayed were quick to respond to replies and clear with expected delivery times. I haven't been let down by them so far, even when there have been issues with my order. The website was good to use and they often offer discount codes (which are very welcome in these hard times!).
Thanks again, I hope to shop with you more in future.

Great find - would recommend
Jason and the team are very helpful and generally communicate well in case of any issues (E.g. asking about a potential substitution in an order). Prices are typically very competitive and they have a great range on offer (especially single D&D minis!).
I’m a repeat customer and safe to say very happy with the service offered. Can only recommend!
