Ordered with them in the past, I had issues with some parts but very little support.

I just ordered a set of tires that was in stock on the website, surprise surprise one of them was B/O. They informed me that B/O was lifted at the target date and that I needed to pay the invoice to get it shipped. I paid the invoice without checking my credit card statement. I ended up being double charge. Emailed them, did not get a response but the first charge was dropped.

Now I am sitting here waiting for a tracking number after 12 days and still nothing. No response either.

Very disappointing.

I used to believe in this company and actually promoted them to friends and pretty much anyone who should ask about my TCM filter kit. I LOVED the filter kit, Had there stickers for free advertising on luggage and even on my helmet !! NOT NO MORE, these guys have went from one of the best customer service companies i have ever dealt with to the absolute worst customer service i have EVER encountered, all i wanted was some replacement filters and here we are sitting on week two with no answers to countless emails, 1 answered phone call where apparently the guy lied and blew smoke up my hind end. They have my payment and i have no filter and no answers no shipping date and have been ripped off !! At this point they have zero desire to make it right, send my my filters, or communicate, so highly disappointed its crazy. VERY frustrated at this point and really bummed out, didn’t want to go back to the Rottweiler performance, and wont have to found Muller motorsports in Czech Republic who will send me filters.

At this point id say stay far away and find another source, and if you bought a filter kit for a 9X0 bike take extreme care of it because they will take your order but wont send you a part.

UPDATE 7/19/26 - almost a month after order i got the order canceled, three phone calls later, and another excuse that the “system didn’t push the order through”. After countless emails i got a response AFTER I canceled the order, that stated, “ it looks like you canceled the order”- DUH. I can be thankful for one thing, they actually didn’t take my money, it literally took so long the payment actually auto canceled because they never acknowledged it. How can you possibly run a business like this ?

Complete scammers. Ordered a bar mount and stabiliser, added express post. Didn't show up after a week as expected so emailed them - no response for months! Multiple emails, messaged all the socials and everything. Get some responses here and there but no item or refund yet.

Meine Ware kam im Urlaub und ging unglücklicherweise zurück an diese Firma. Die Ware war bezahlt und ich bereit das neue Porto zu übernehmen. Triple clamp reagiert überhaupt nicht auf meinen Vorschlag und eine Rückerstattung ist auch nicht erfolgt. Ganz mieses Verhalten.

I ordered a tire, but the wrong one was sent. I called with a return request and was told they would look into it. I have not heard back. I've since called twice, and no one returns my calls, and won't respond to emails. Very disappointed with the poor customer service. Update, they still won't respond to calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Beware this seller does not take returns or even respond for customer service. Companies like this likely won’t be in business much longer.

Well, they took my money, and after 2 months of waiting, they stopped replying, and only when initiating a refund with my bank, they replied like a robot, saying, " I will get my refund. I was relying on the part for an upcoming rally, and that messed me up a lot.

Pour ma dernière commande. J'ai payé l'extra pour livraison par fedex. Triple clamp l'a envoyé par poste canada, que normalement je n'aurais pas payé d'extra. J'ai écris au support à la clientèle. Jamais eu de retour ou remboursement. Je ne recommande pas cette endroit.

Ordered an Ohlins Steering Damper to Australia. Well packaged quick delivery and no extra charges. Would highly recommend them.

Recently bought some boots from TripleClamp Moto. I initially thought about one pair of boots but then changed my mind to another pair.
Along the way Jonathan not only made the change to other pair seamless he also gave me a breakdown and compared the two new boots I was looking at. Great customer service and experience at TripleClamp. I'll be back!

Hit with unexpected charges after purchasing a $126 dollar item. Paid $150 after taxes. Waited a few days for shipping confirmation. It was shipped through DHL, the DHL sends me an email stating they won't continue shipping it to me unless I pay them $62 due to tariffs (I live in the US). I then contact tripleclampmoto and they tell me
"Unfortunately it is in our policy to not accept refused packages, DHL would be instructed to destroy the package if it is returned to the shipper and unfortunately no refund would be eligible.
Due to the changes the US Government made back in August, whenever you are receiving an international shipment that is not specifically sent DDP, you can expect these kinds of tariff/duty charges, it is definitely an unfortunate reality that everyone is dealing with".
There was no warning of this when I ordered and yet they still took my money
Now you know that they are not upfront and honest of these fees.

Ordered a Scott’s steering dampener (which was showing in stock on their site) followed it up a week later as to the status of my order only to be told it would be another two weeks before shipping….two weeks later , emailed again still another week, so I cancelled my order. Super frustrating , but I did receive my refund quickly. Don’t bother ordering from them too dodgy. Sorry.

I purchased a very expensive item. It was simply the wrong size and I wanted to exchange it so they sent me a return label. I sent it back to them. Everything that I received was included to tags everything however I had removed the tags to put the jacket on for a few moments as I did not think that I would be returning it then I put it back in the box. And returned it to them they refused to give me a refund saying that I removed the tags and that it smells like smoke. I am not a smoker. I have no idea how it could smell like smoke maybe the delivery driver I have no idea. Then they say they’re returning the original item to me and it never shows I’ve contacted them now trying to figure out where it is.. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company. Awful customer service bad policies. This is a warning to everyone.

Jonathan is a asset to Tripleclamp. He helped me out fast and efficient to solve the problem after I spent 2 days and multiple other shops trying to figure out what sprocket I needed after previous owner did a chain conversion. I suggest a raise and high rise office. Thanks again Jonathan!

Worst return policies I've seen in the industry and terrible customer service. Cheaper and more convenient to just keep the wrong product, resell privately, and buy the correct one elsewhere than to go through their process. Stay away/buyer beware

Be Aware that you may not receive anything at all its been a month since i placed my order late December and still no shipping confirmation until today. Sent many emails to support email and did not receive a single response back yet!!

I have ordered various parts (tires, wheel balancer, chain guide and Cardo) and have their steering damper mount.
They have always been very responsive in email and phone and have worked to make the customer experience great. I feel for the others who have had negative experiences, but mine has always been great. I check with TCM first before the other online sites to see if they have what I need. They will price match if the item is in stock on other sites. What more can you ask for.

Placed an order on 3/25 and followed up three times. After 2 months have passed I still have not recieved the item I paid for.

Their communication is shocking! I wouldn't use them again.

Ordered a helmet, 2 days later order was cancelled because they didn't have it, now I need to wait for a month to get the refund. Very inconvenient.
