Excellent service, as usual, from Jonathan Smith. I would recommend him 100% as your mortgage advisor, very professional, knowledgeable and diligent.

Ben Harrington answered all my questions, initially for a new mortgage and then subsequently a remortgage as we decided to stay put and our current deal was ending. I have found him to be patient and put up with my endless calls as I am very indecisive! Have now just had an offer which was better than expected. I couldn't have done it without Ben's assistance.

Melanie (ably assisted by Vince) did a great job in getting us a mortgage when we didn’t think we would manage to get one. Both older, husband in 60’s and part time with income from different sources, we found lenders would only take earned income into account and another mortgage broker found the same. Melanie didn’t give up and managed to get us a mortgage with a mainstream lender. She was proactive and responsive and we are very grateful.

Not only was he an excellent mortgage advisor, but he also offered informal advice (on a non-reliable basis of course) on various aspects of the mortgage and negotiations, which proved invaluable and even prompted discussions with our conveyancer, who hadn’t considered these alternatives!

Jon went the extra mile in communication, creating a WhatsApp group for my partner and me, and he was available to answer messages – even on weekends – when he knew we needed to expedite the process due to the vendors' shifting timeline.
