I would highly recommend Trinity Finance. I worked with Dean and Vince in what was far from a straight forward mortgage application. Both worked diligently to get the application over the line, and were excellent at communicating and keeping me up to date of the process.

We dealt with Dean and Vince at Trinity Finance regarding a mortgage for our new home. Our personal situation is a bit complicated but Dean and Vince took the pain out of the process: they were kind, helpful, personable and sorted the mortgage quickly. Cannot recommend enough. Massive thanks to both of them for their help.

Great explanations of what needs to be done, as a first-time-buyer I really needed a detailed guide on how to acquire mortgage, and Alasdair was great help.
I think we've landed on the best option I could get.
The fee is very reasonable for "peace of mind" that you get.

As someone who is a first time buyer and completely out my depth with all this Melanie has been brilliant explaining and going through everything throughly and any questions or queries always got back to me straight away. Found trinity finance on google after being messed around with by a previous mortgage broker who was allergic to his phone and didn’t seem too interested with sorting anything out, so we really struck gold with Melanie who in a week had us further along than the previous broker had in a month. Me and my partner both work shifts so keep odd hours so this usually makes it harder to sort anything out, but Melanie worked round us and has been calling us evenings, nights, and weekends, really has gone above and beyond. Again cannot recommend this company enough.

Dean & Vincent have been super amazing during this journey of buying my property. I am a first time solo female buyer & and had limited knowledge about buying a property. But Dean and Vincent made my whole experience the most smoothest ever. From the get go, Dean was very approachable, friendly and got things done so quickly it was amazing. He was basically my go to person. Vincent was so on ball with everything, he kept me up to date, sent me all the information I needed he was amazing. Even on completion day I had a slight panic on the phone, Vincent kept me calm and was so reassuring. I would 1000% recommend them & will be using them in the future.

Colin was excellent from start to finish, he got us an extremely good rate compared to other companies we spoke with, he was responsive and committed throughout.
Even when we were a few days away from exchange, and we had an unexpected hurdle thrown at us and we needed our lender to review a document before we could exchange, Colin helped us by reaching out to them to push this through and we ended up completing on time - which was all down to Colin.
