Hi there. This tree doesn't come with a remote because it's a smart tree that's controlled by your phone via an installed app. I'm sorry about the limb, but we all know how much cats love to invade Christmas trees. Sometimes I think we should bench test our products using Garfield. Merry Christmas.

I would’ve given the tree five stars…
I would’ve given the tree five stars but Treetime does not allow customer photos. I spent a lot of time debating on whether or not to order from treetime because I kept thinking that maybe the trees aren’t nice and the reviews are fake. I like to see Customer photos so I can decide if the tree is for me or not. Another recommendation I would like to suggest is having a person standing next to the photos they have online so I can see how big the tree really is going to be. Other than that I really like my tree. I bought the un lit version so I didn’t have issues with the lights failing. It’s really hard to tell the tree is fake. The few people who saw it thought it was real. The 6.5 version is wide and looks very realistic compared to a real tree. The color is a beautiful green not too dark not too light. It actually has a variation in color. The branch tips are lighter than the inner parts. I am 5 foot three and on the stand, the tree is a good foot taller than me. The top is not a skinny thin branch. It’s a nice topper. The branches go in and out, which makes it look really realistic. I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered early December and I had my tree within a week. The fluffing is very time-consuming and if you don’t fluff it properly, it won’t look as realistic. So spend time fluffing.

Not as represented
The order was processed quickly and correctly. No complaint there. However even after fluffing all the branches you can still see through the tree much differently than the pictures when I ordered it. It is very sparse mostly in the middle and it just does not have the appearance of a real tree for that reason. I paid too much money for something so disappointing in that regard.

The tree did not look anything like the picture. My husband didn’t even want to tell me what it cost to ship back and I’m sure you will charge a restocking fee!
When my grown so saw the tree he laughed. This year is the first year in 41 years I do not have a tree decorated

Your tree was 6.5 ft tall, but believe me it's one of the most-realistic and beautiful best-sellers for several years now. Zero customer service for returns
Called and emailed numerous times about returning the wrong ribbon I ordered. Never heard anything back from the company. Will never place an order with them again.

The stand for the tree is too small to hold it up. I would suggest you make it wider and part of the tree trunk. I am probably doing something wrong but I give up!

Hello, as you know, the tree is 24" tall in the stand and if you're using heavy ornaments on it and not balancing the weight on both sides it will tip. It's a small tiny desk or end table tree not designed for a lot of decorations. If you need assistance please give us a call and we'll be happy to help.

Great Customer Service
We mistakenly ordered trees with colored lights. We discovered this on a Sunday evening and immediately ordered trees with clear lights. They were delivered on Tuesday! Our return request was promptly taken care of. And the trees are beautiful!
