I love these boxes
I love these boxes. Have made fantastic gifts for family members. It’s lovely you can choose your own items and you do seasonal boxes too. The first box I bought was a Halloween one for my daughter. We got my niece a birthday box but my daughter wanted one too lol as she loved some of the gifts we chose and wanted them too (an early birthday present). If I’m stuck for ideas - the best go to solution! Everyone loves them

Wasn’t overly impressed with the items…
Wasn’t overly impressed with the items which were in the pink Friday box, didn’t think they were worth what I paid for them & I added the mystery pyjamas to the box I was given the pink cherry ones, they are lovely pyjamas but they are far too long in the leg for me (I am only 5ft2) which is very disappointing as even if I roll them up a couple of times they are still too long you may need to add a petite range as not everyone is over 5ft5.
The last few boxes I have received haven’t been up to treat boxes usual standard.

Our Pink Friday Mystery Boxes are made up of a surprise selection of products, so we completely understand that they're not always going to be the perfect fit for everyone. I'm also sorry to hear the mystery pyjamas weren't suitable. We really appreciate your feedback about the leg length, and we'll certainly take this on board as we continue developing future clothing ranges.
It's especially disappointing to hear you feel your last few boxes haven't been up to the standard you've come to expect from TreatBox. We always want our customers to feel excited when they receive their order, so we're sorry this hasn't been your experience recently.

Delivery failure and only partial refund
I ordered and put in the delivery address with flat number. This then didn’t show up at the checkout page, only the building number but I double checked and assumed the delivery driver would have access to it as delivery is an unavoidable £5.
The delivery failed as they could not see the flat number. Treatbox wanted another £5 to redeliver this when it was returned to them which was too expensive and past the date I needed it sent.
It has taken me 6 weeks to get the refund which had more money deducted from it due to some items having an expiry date (one biscuit for £3).
All in I spent a lot of time and money with nothing to show for it and I found the customer service poor. They were unwilling to resolve my complaint or acknowledge their address entry system needed changes and therefore I will not use them again and would not recommend.

Unfortunately, the parcel was returned to us because Royal Mail were unable to deliver it without the full address. Once it was returned, we offered two options: to resend the parcel for the cost of the additional postage, or to process a refund in line with our returns policy. As many customers choose to have their order resent rather than refunded, we asked you to confirm which option you wished to proceed with before taking any action.
Once we received your confirmation that you wished to proceed with the refund, this was processed the following working day.
We're sorry that our previous communication caused confusion, as that was never our intention. We appreciate you highlighting your experience and will continue reviewing both our checkout journey and our customer communications to make them as clear as possible.
We truly hope you'll consider shopping with us again in the future and give us the opportunity to provide you with the experience we always strive to deliver. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated, and we're always looking for ways to improve.

Beautiful boxes
I’ve had a couple of boxes now and each one has been beautifully packed, it’s all arrived in one piece and the quality of the products makes them good value for money. They also have a really good range of options available and the ability to personalise messages and cards makes them ideal for gifts.

All the gifts in my Birthday Advent were really good quality and very useable
All the gifts in my Birthday Advent Calendar were really lovely and useful. I was so impressed with it, that I have pre-ordered the Christmas Advent Calendar with 24 surprise items, really looking forward to getting my hands on it. A little disappointing…
I place an order however was later told an item was out of stock, I decided to wait until a similar item was in stock however that same day I got an email stating my parcel was with Royal Mail. When I queried this with Molly I was told it wasn’t, it was because a label had already been printed but next day it arrived. Didn’t know if the out of stock item was in there or not so opened it, a big regret, as no way could I get it all back in nicely which was upsetting . Needless to say I was disappointed by the size of the box, thought it would be slightly bigger… more spacious, all the items we’re packed on top of each other and on the inside of the lid it asked to upload pics of the box thus promoting the company however the treatbox was clearly for a bride so would have liked it to have said ‘a treat for you’ like some of their boxes do.
There was clearly a mix up over the out of stock item which wasn’t apparently to be back in stock until the following week…. not a great experience Treatbox but all the items are nice and my daughter will enjoy opening it at her Hen Do I’m sure.

Thoughtful expensive little gifts
I have received & sent many Treatboxes which are lovely thoughtful little boxes of joy.
They can be a bit expensive for what they are but they are nice as an occasional surprise for someone.
They are boxed beautifully on the whole (although my own ready to go box was a bit of a mess!🤦🏻♀️)

Went with a pink Friday treat box…
Went with a pink Friday treat box to reward myself. Box arrived perfectly and presented well. However, although all the items were lovely, it did feel like you didn’t get much for your money. One item for example, was some seeds. A lovely touch but felt like this should have been an added bonus, not a main item. A little disappointing but maybe next time, I’ll have to pick items for myself and not go with the surprise factor.

I love Treatbox

Ordered a birthday box to be delivered…
Ordered a birthday box to be delivered . It asked me for delivery date 📅. I put the birthday of the person & said it would be delivered a week before the birthday . Delivered 8 weeks before their birthday 🫣😫which completely ruined the whole surprise & point of it.

Looking into your order, we can see that the delivery date selected at checkout was 11th July, and we dispatched your TreatBox to arrive in line with that date. We do send gifts a few days before the requested date where possible to help ensure they arrive on time, rather than risk them being delivered late.
We're sorry there seems to have been some confusion regarding the date entered, as we certainly never want to spoil a surprise.

Birthday gift to myself…
I decided as it was my birthday to take Treat box up on their birthday box half price.
I knew it would be a gamble on what would be in it. It came today.
Do I think its value for money, no think choosing your own is always better but I wanted a surprise.
Always nice presentation and quick delivery all that is fine but only 6 items in the box for the original price of £32 thats expensive, cost £22 with delivery but i cant use 2 items.. disappointed so probably wont by a surprise box again.
4 star for presentation and generally they are good
