Två månader har gått och forfarande ingen återbetalning?!
Jag avbokade en resa köpt via Travelstart.se. Två månader har gått och jag väntar fortfarande på min återbetalning!.
Jag har ringt fem gånger till kundservice och enda svar jag fått är att pengarna ligger i utbetalningsavdelningen men ingen återbetalning har jag fått ännu ???
Jag har tappat förtroendet för Travelstart.se och Jag tänker aldrig boka mina biljetter ifrån dom i framtiden.
Mitt ärende nr är : 1006-841-593, ifall någon skulle kunna göra något 🤷🏻♂️

Schade, dass man keinen minuspunkt geben kann.
Wie haben Flüge gebucht. Die Fluggesellschaft hat die Flüge storniert. Wir haben keine Information von Travelstart darüber erhalten. Der Kontakt mit Travelstart danach kaum möglich.
Nach nun mehr als 6 Monaten haben wir unser Geld immer noch nicht zurück erhalten.
Nie wieder!!!

I need to cancel my international…Travelstart bad service
I need to cancel my international flights, booked through Travelstart with British Airways due to diagnoses of my husbands cancer during April. I have bern battling on the customer care line since 3rd of May 2024 to get the tickets cancelled. I submitted doctors letter to supportingdocs website (only one where I could submit it), and after numerous calls was assured that a cancellation request with doctos letter has been sent to British Airways. My husband receives chemo treatment. I REALLY NEED ANSWER PLEASE.

Travelstart does not care about customers
Made an international flight booking with travelstart and had to do a date change a few weeks before the flight. A few days before the new flight date I realised that the new ticket was missing the last letter off my surname. After being messed around for two days by travelstart and finally being told it was now impossible to change because it was less than 72 hours before my flight (contrary to what the airline rules are which allows for changes 2 hours prior to flight) I have still not been contacted by the supposed "supervisor" and will very likely not be allowed to board my plane because of this clerical error.

Travelstop…… their new name…
Travelstart accept no responsibility from their side if they make a mistake. We needed to get home urgently due to a death. They sent the quote to change the ticket via email which I had to accept. It took over an hour to reach my email account, so the quote had expired. Three attempts later and the price kept increasing.
I specifically asked the very first consultant “what happens if I don’t receive the email?”
Consultant: “don’t worry it will be with you within 24 hrs and if not call again.”
There was no mention of any email expiring and I could not call as they were closed (not a 24hr online service).
Me: “ Please this is an emergency. Can you not quote me on the phone and take my credit card details?.”
Consultant:” No, you must accept the link.”
I won’t bore you with all the other conflicting conversations with the only 4 consultants on duty.
End result? No more flights. Over R600 worth of phone calls (international). Promises to call back; I’m now waiting 12 hrs for my call back.
With so much frustration it was easier to end the experience with Travelstart and purchase a new ticket.
Here comes the best. I asked a friend in SA to cancel the flight. Further emails from Travelstart asking me to accept cancellation quote and please call if you need further assistance, but they were closed.
Further more their emails have spelling and grammar mistakes. Not great as an impression for a company.
Never never again will I use them. I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than see their logo.
Rather pay a little more for your flight/travel and have a more professional and flexible experience.

Åk INTE via dem!!!! Betalade för incheckat baggage för hela familjen, men flygbolaget jag sedan reste med bekräftade att baggage inte ingick i biljetterna och går inte ens att lägga till, så fick betala dubbel avgift för väskorna i båda riktningarna. När jag sedan ringde Travelstart flera gånger fick jag ett standardsvar och ingen hjälp alls. De påstod att flygbolaget gjort fel. Förstod då att de lurar kunder på detta sätt. Helt sjukt alltså!!!! ÅK INTE MED DEM!

My Dad booked an Arik air flight for me from abuja to yola through travelstart which was scheduled to be today 3rd of may 2024. I went to the Airport around 3pm. The Staffs of Arik Air told me that they don't go to Yola anymore which i was just finding. This event cost me alot and it is the worst experience i had concerning travels around Nigeria. Please Reshedule my flight or Refund me please.

No assistance from Travelstart in obtaining a full refund due to Airlines cancelling flight.
My granddaughter was scheduled to leave on Kenyan Airways (booked through Travelstart) at 14:05 today flight ref KQ785 from Cape Town to Nairobi (then for a connecting flight to Mauritius) Only early in the morning did she receive a SMS directly from Kenyan Airways stating the flight had been delayed 2 hours. No such notification was received from Travelstart and when we contacted them they were not even aware of the 2 hr. delay and later confirmed the flight has been totally cancelled and that the next flight was only going to be next Tuesday, in 3 days time. As this delay was not convenient we had to cancel and were told that they could not refund the full R11,000 only R9,000. Travelstart appeared not to be phased about this and did not offer to pursue with Kenyan Airlines for a full refund, as the delay of 3 days was not under the control of my granddaughter

No refunds in any case of emergencies, even if the Airline would refund
Had a flight and my booked airline has an option for a refund. Though this agency would not provide any in any case, grave or serious matter of emergency. Very dissapointed!
Edit: already tried to reach out to the swedish agency where I tried to refund, completely not possible but the Airline itself is giving me a 10% refund at least. Still a horrible company.

Travelstart scam
Made a booking Travelstart for a flight from WHK to CPT.
Price was R2634.
I had to go check on my food before confirming booking.
Came back and had to start booking process all over. 10min later for the same flight. now it R2981
OK I need this flight so procede with booking. Final price now R3218.
False advertising, with hidden costs.
Will never recommend you and I hope you loose customers with review.

Flüge gebucht, Zeiten und check in bekommen.
Dummerweise zu spät am Flughafen angekommen und keinerlei Ansprechpartner der Airline vor Ort.
Flieger weg !
Um eine Erstattung gebeten, abgelehnt aufgrund der AGB man solle sich an die Airline wenden.
Das getan und die Airline ist nicht der Vertragspartner daher muss Travelstart die Anfrage der Rückerstattung stellen. Das ist aber nicht möglich da man sich hinter der aussage versteckt Stornierte Flüge, keine Rückerstattung der kosten.
Hier hat man wohl eher Angst seine Provision zu verlieren. Für uns steht fest nur noch direkt bei den Airlines buchen.

Is it an honest business or a scam?!
Is their business model to actually scam their paying customers?
I booked a flight for 4 people 3 nights ago where the booking kept failing. On the 5th try it was successful but on receiving the booking confirmation, two of the names were missing part of the surname. I have sent them proof that the names were in full when making the booking and has gone missing on the booking. Now they're asking me to pay for a name change to correct it?! And it's not cheap!! I have called numerous times and spoken to numerous agents that promise to call back with a solution but nothing at all. No one is willing to assist and they tell me the only way to fix it is to pay for a name change even though the fault is on their side and not mine.
Really disgusted at this service and would tell all to stay away from travelstart
