I bought a ticket from them, and their agent promised that it would be refundable. This person lied blatantly, as the invoice they sent clearly mentioned that the ticket was non-refundable. I felt horrible. When I tried to contact them to complain, these people never picked up. It was awful. Please avoid these fake people who can do anything to sell.

Someone called Sharon has given them my number. How many times do I have to tell them they have the wrong number. Useless

Disrespectful agents turns your mood awfully! I don't understand why management would not train their agents to be respectful and not rude!! Basic courtesy to customers is a no brainer! Management is to blame for the lack of employee training in my opinion!

OutLook Travels through express World Travel Agents tried to defraud me by making a booking reference No: OT6732 for me Port Harcourt Nigeria for £869 Economy Flex ticket, which is changeable and refundable. But after making a deposit of £50 as agreed for instalment payment, they sent me an invoice to sign stating non refundable and non changeable dates and even no deposit refunds. I called the agent Mr Sam 7-10 a day with no response and after 3 days, I used another line and call and someone by Name Jenny picked up and I reported the situation to her and she promised to rectify the issue that day but didn’t, the next day, I got another agent by name Peter, reported issue, he promised to resolve issue but also failed. I sent an email to OutLook with a complaint and the supervisor by name Amed replied to resolve the issue but failed also. I’ve reported to my bankers with all the wattsapp conversations between me and them and they’ve taken up the issue. Please don’t pay any money or any deposit to them cos they are not trustworthy. Don’t pay money to Express World Travel agent.

We applied for visitor visa to Australia only for 3 months. Applicant was NSBM student. We provided all documents as requested. But ultimately visa refused. They say it is upto Visa Officer. But I found agent has not done his part on HomeTie. It is their error.

Calling these people was the worst experience of my life. The wait times were too long and brutal. It was exhausting and very stressful to wait for their executives to pick up my call. Even when they did, they were slow to respond and lacked the knowledge. It was a terrible waste of time. Avoid repeating the same if you have options.

It is the worst call center. They are fake people who lie blatantly and don't give you tickets after you book the tickets. I had to chase them for weeks, but still, they couldn't give me the ticket. It was awful. Please beware of these terrible people and stay aware of the scams they are running.

This is a rogue company. They re not in uk but the use a uk land line to scam innocent citizens. They front a young girl as the receptionist but is all scam . I have paid for a ticket and l still haven’t received my tickets and l have paid the full price. This guys shouldn’t be allowed to operate.They re Thieves.They claim to be English but they couldn’t speak a correct sentence. I have reported to the police and l will make sure l bring them down so they don’t scam innocent citizens. Beware of this very wicked criminals , they use different names EXPRESS TRAVEL WORLD , OUTLOOK TRAVEL SERVICES. When you make payments to them it goes to different account name. The landline is never answered . The wassap line is useless because they will never reply. This guys re not even in England but they have someone in England that works with them. They re very hungry thieves because they will keep pestering you until you send the payment, but you will never hear from them . They must go down . I feel sorry for very senior citizens that would be lured into this . They re not English. I will confirm l spoke to an Asian lady that won’t stop calling until l she managed to convince me l was dealing with a normal travel agent. Scammers . Don’t bother at all . He claims his name is Peter but he is Ahmed . They re just operating freely in uk, but will not be for long because they re going down ..

Very poor service. The hotel we stayed at was very poor, no toilet paper, very poorly maintained toilets in the lobby and indifferent staff. Complained with the hotel & with Travel Outlook, but after waiting for a reply for over 2 weeks, still no resolution. They are not very proactive in getting back to the customer, or very good at resolving any issues in a timely manner. I would have given zero stars, but that was not an option.

Customers Beware! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Do not use this reservation company. I cancelled my reservation in less than an hour and called to make sure the reservation was cancelled and that my money would be refunded and I was on hold for over 2 hours and several phone calls later. When I got the chance to talk to an agent, she wasn't very accommodating and told me they don't do one. They are a rip off, stay away!!

What's terrible about them, is that even when you're talking to a person, you still feel like talking to a robot! They can't give you real answers, can't resolve the problem they caused, but only follow their "protocols" it's ridiculous!

The managers I've spoken to were very dismissive and arrogant. They have this toxic and hostile attitude that really repelled me from using the company's services ever again. They made it sound like I was the problem when I raised my issues to them. That's how arrogant and toxic they are. Avoid transacting with this company!!

The management was quite arrogant and seemed more concerned about boasting their accomplishments than really providing decent service. Their dismissive and ignorant attitude toward customers' complaints left me feeling devalued and insulted. As opposed to addressing serious issues, they preferred to dismiss and reject any criticism, which was extremely annoying. Their lack of professionalism and real concern for their consumers demonstrated that their primary goal was profit rather than developing lasting relationships.

Horribly useless customer service, agents were terribly disrespectful and rude, when they don't know what they're talking about. This company's ridiculous, beware and avoid doing business with them!

My experience with this company's customer service is horrible. The employees here provided terrible solutions, and the awful management wasn't of help at all. I also encountered so many issues during my transactions, and it was really exhausting. Avoid this company altogether.

This company is full of liars and unethical people. It's definitely not worth availing the services offered by this company because you will just be disappointed by its awful services. The manaement is also horrible and useless as it failed to resolve my problems multiple times. I'd avoid this company if I want a good quality service.

The lack of proper leadership in this company is preventing the growth and development of every employee. We are always unsupported and unguided because the management is a failure when it comes to leading people. There is definitely room for growth here, but there is no one to facilitate that growth.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING A TRIP, DON'T TRUST THE TRAVEL OUTLOOK. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST AND TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS. FROM THE MOMENT SOMEONE PICKED UP MY CALL, I KNEW THIS PERSON HAD POOR TRAINING. This person didn't know anything about the job, and it was visible. I tolerated it all because I was in a hurry. But the limit was crossed when this person cut the call. It was horrible.

THE NEXT CALL I PLACED, THE PERSON ON THE OTHERS SIDE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND ASKED AWFUL QUESTIONS. OVERALL, AVOID THEM IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL RESERVATION EXPERIENCE.

Their team was so disorganized and weren't properly trained for the job. This guy I talked to didn't know where to search for the information and was mumbling over the phone I could barely understand him! The management should train better before letting them handle guests on their own.

THE RESERVATION AGENTS OF THIS COMPANY ARE LIARS. They lie blatantly about the bookings. The unethical person I talked to assured me he had booked a good room for me. But when I actually got to the hotel, it was a corner room with no good views. Also, the room was smaller than expected.

WHEN I ESCALATED THE ISSUE TO THEIR MANAGEMENT , ONE OF THEIR AGENTS CALLED ME AND BECAME VERY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, AND EVEN VERBALLY ABUSIVE. THEY NEVER ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE. IT'S TERRIBLE. BEWARE! AVOID THEM!!!
