Do not pay booking amount because this site displays different rates. After booking with the initial amount. Someone Sushil will call and tell different rates. Even they do not refund that amount. Poor rating to such service as they are misguiding.

Thank you very much for explaining your grievances about the rates which you booked online and thereafter you got a change in the fare over the call. We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience caused to you due to chardham yatra season.
As it was informed already over the phone yesterday, that the rates which you booked online is valid only in non-chardham yatra season , the rates which we offered you was not any compulsion purchase instead you were given a choice of whether you want the new rates ( higher in chardham yatra season) or not.
As far as new rates are concerned, these were given cheaper than other travel companies so that you can save your cost upon your travel from Rishikesh to Sonprayag. After the conversation with you over the phone, you asked me to wait for your next call ( you wanted to talk to other travel companies/travel agents) , which was very positive, therefore you never discussed to cancel the booking.
As per our cancellation policy you get 100% refund on online booking if you cancel any booking 24 hours prior to your pick up date so nobody said " that you would not get your refund".
Kindly send your account details to our support email id " support@travelodesk.com" with your reference number so that we can cancel your booking and refund your amount.
But still our team would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused to you due to hike in the price due to high season of chardham yatra uttarakhand.

I have traveled twice with them and both have tried to scam us.
One of the trips was from Jaipur to Agra. The trip well. The problem was at the end. We tipped the driver of 200 rupees for his work. He laughed and said that was ridiculous, that the money we had paid was to the company and he tried to force us to pay for his services (again). Attempt to SCAM.The solution of TravelOdesk was to argue that it was a misunderstanding, a communication error...
They convinced me to reconsider my assessment in Google, and finally I modified it. But after another bad experience and after not doing nothing, my assessment is that they are an unreliable company.

After my previous assessment, and after offering me a discount on the next trip (which I never accepted), they respond saying that I dedicate myself to putting negative evaluations and trying to obtain discounts.
Anyone can see that 90% of my 89 reviews are positive.
I will also attach screenshots where they recognize their error and they offer me a discount (travelodesk.wordpress.com).
I do not want anything from you TravelOdesk, I just want people to know what happened to me when I hired their service.
TravelOdesk, defame users if they put a bad valuation on Google is not the best way to give a good service. I recommend you spending time to select your drivers and better treat your users instead of buying positive opinions (85% of your opinions on Google or Tripadvisor are from people who have only put a review or two, something very suspect ...)

We have investigated all of your cases and came to the conclusion that you not only use the travel services such as taxi & hotel but also you try to find the problems in services and even it's not there still you put a bad review to get the discount over the services again and again. It's your tool of getting negotiation over the deal done already.
In first services we thought that it was driver's mistake and therefore we offered you a discounted deal for next trip in Bangalore to hampi and we made sure that you must have a world class service with our driver and cab but again you raised some kms issue however we were able to share GPS logs & all the required details but still you put a bad review about our service without no reason.
When we checked upon your other reviews about services you have used that made us understand about your nature of getting discount by threatening companies to put bad reviews about services.
Anyway -- we can only say -- out of 100 companies --10% can be bad but out of 100 % companies 99 % can't be bad. We always care for our customer and therefore we have very good clientele.
Thanks for your review for getting yourself benefit but karma will perform it's duty.

Beautiful Trip
We enjoyed the trip from Delhi - Badrinath - Delhi.
We covered other destinations as well. Overall Experience was really good. Cab driver, other back office team all were good.
Would like to share suggestions for improvement:
1. There should be only one person / point of contact. ( I had to call 2- 3 people for coordination.
2. Please suggest places as per the trip members. (Example we were family so for us Chopta was not an ideal place to go. so would have saved time.. and money.
However Overall it was good and we enjoyed.

One of the best car rental services…
One of the best car rental services across U.P and Delhi NCR. I hired a mahindra xuv 500 for uttrakhand trip with my friends. The car was brand new and loaded with all the necessary amenities. Fare price and great customer service made our trip completely awesome.. Will recommend it to everyone who plans to go for an incredible trip with friends or family..
