Poor Service
I am a frequent traveller who usually books directly with airlines like British Airways, but I recently used a voucher to book an EasyJet Holiday to Marrakech through Inspire. I regret to say it was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
The booking agent was completely uninterested and lacked any sense of customer service. It felt like a chore for them to process my booking.
Despite spending over £1,000 on a 5-day trip, I discovered after booking that no luggage was included. When I called to question this, I was dismissively told that "City Breaks" don’t qualify for luggage. Interestingly, the EasyJet Holidays website clearly states that their packages include 23kg of luggage as standard. Somewhere between Inspire and the airline, the service I paid for vanished.
A competent travel agent should advise a customer if a 5-day international package excludes basic necessities like luggage. Instead, I was left to find out via the confirmation email.
I expected a professional service that would make booking easier; instead, I got a "discount" experience at a premium price point. I will not be using Inspire again. If you are used to the transparency and service of booking direct, I suggest you stay away.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly as a frequent traveller used to a high standard of service. This is certainly not the impression we aim to leave.
In relation to the luggage, we’re sorry if this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. EasyJet Holidays do differentiate between package types, and their City Breaks do not include hold luggage as standard. This is outlined within their booking terms, however we appreciate how this may have caused confusion, especially when compared to other holiday packages that do include luggage.
We also regret that you felt the level of customer service fell short. Your comments regarding the interaction with the agent have been noted and will be reviewed internally, as we always strive to provide a helpful and professional service.
We do appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we’re sorry again that this booking did not reflect the experience you were expecting.

Rolls Royce holiday service
We have been dealing with Claire Nicholson, an Inspire Representative, for many years now and I’ve not come across anyone in any line of work who is more dedicated to excellent customer service. I had my own financial services business and took pride in being “the best I could be” but I have to say, Claire is the best travel agent I have dealt with. I was previously loyal to a local company but when there was a small problem they were hopelessly lacking. Claire provides a “Rolls Royce” service and I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a holiday.

Voucher experience
I cannot believe that anyone would give this company 5stars. My children saved hard to give me and their father a £100 voucher as a gift. I am now trying to use it to cover a stay for a weekend in May. I can only book through Inspire. Every hotel on their site in Shrewsbury quotes a price which is highly inflated. An example: Premier Inn double room on the hotel site can be booked for £167, same room and conditions both with breakfast on Inspire it costs £256!! Rendering my voucher practically worthless. Heartbreaking for my children who thought they were giving us a valuable gift. I’m furious. Somebody somewhere is making money out of someone else’s hard earned money. It’s a scam. DO NOT BUY A VOUCHER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Inspire Gift Card Waste of Money
I was given an Inspire Staycation card by colleagues as a birthday treat as they know I like Premier Inn breaks. The card has the Premier Inn logo on it but unfortunately you cannot redeem the card with Premier Inn, you have to book your break via the Inspire website. Sadly the Inspire price for a Premier Inn room is so high that there is absolutely no point in me using their website to book a room. I may as well pay Premier Inn directly rather than give Inspire any more money.
