When I first opened the box, everything seemed fine. However, I later found out that my sister had purchased the same table and received a black, cute box with a metal warranty card and a gift certificate. I didn't receive those, so I contacted the customer service team. They assured me that I didn’t need the silver card to activate the warranty, and for the gift certificate, all I had to do was give them a call. That seemed acceptable, but after further inspection, I noticed some scratches and dents on the table. This made me wonder if the table I received was truly brand new.

Since this table is for my elderly parents and I didn’t want to put them through the hassle of a return, we decided to keep it. However, if you find yourself in a similar situation, I would strongly recommend inspecting your table closely. In my opinion, the table I received wasn't completely new. If you're concerned about returns or warranty, I'd encourage a thorough check before finalizing your decision.

Jacob, my representative, was extremely helpful with my return. He was able to cancel my order and even called Costco to alert them that I would be interested in purchasing their TT! He provided amazing service that far exceeded my expectations, especially for such a large order. Thank you Jacob!

We received our transformer table two weeks ago and we love the design and the functionality of the table and the bench. Moreover, the bench we received a a hairline crack on it. We reached out to the company and one of their representatives, Marie B. reached out within 24 hours. Her email communications were prompt and within 72 hours we got confirmation that a replacement bench will be sent out to us. That speaks to the company standing behind its products as well as its commitment to customer service.

I had paid using PayPal and forgotten to update the shipping address. I made one phone call and was routed through their automated system. I was prepared for a frustrating experience but in short order, the system recognized that I needed live assistance. I was able to speak to a real-live person within minutes. Jenifar updated my address and sent a confirmation email immediately. Perfect customer service scenario. Other companies could learn from Transformer's system!

I was trying to purchase the round table for couple of weeks and struggled with the payment method for some reason, Jacob from the support team reached out and offered friendly, polite and brilliant service, he also follow-up with solutions and ideas on how to solve the situation. kindly enough Jacob also offered a discount code to help me with the purchase. Table base was received with bent hinge. I got through to a customer service agent on the first call with minimal wait time. He understood the issue and immediately emailed me a form to complete and return with photos. Within a day or two a replacement was being processed (although, it will take a few weeks to arrive).

Initially, I placed an order for a table. After I placed the order, I received a call less than 10 minutes later, offering a discount that could not be applied after the order. That was a little disappointing. Your sales team should have been able to 1.) handle the change in charge, or 2.) transfer me immediately to someone who could.

Then the same individual called multiple times, offering the same discount. Each time I told her we had just spoken, she apologized for the mistake and said it was a phone system error. Somehow, my phone number should be removed from the "potential sales list" when an order is placed.

I then cancelled the order because I found a table I preferred for a lower price. Again, this cancellation request was made shortly after the original order, yet it took 3 days to process on your end. During this time, I still received calls to offer me a discount, encouraging me to place an order.

I'm sure the table is fine, and your sales support, ordering, and cancellation teams are friendly but a little slow or behind on real-time updates.
