Thank you for your review.
We confirm that your order was despatched on the 9th January by Airmail post, which was the option that you selected. Delivery by this method usually takes one to two weeks and is unfortunately not trackable. When placing future orders if you select delivery by DHL, it will only take two to three days and it will be sent on a trackable service.
