Trailers do not match pictures mine shows tie down strap going under each pocket. I did not pay attention when bought trailer that I pd in full. After noticing not their I called and was told picture was old and didn’t come with anymore and their wasn’t anything they can do about it. Now I will be installing myself to match their picture very disappointed

Horrible experience man. Great customer service as they’re trying to sell you a trailer. I purchased a trailer and as they were doing their pre-delivery inspection they didn’t fasten down one of the ramps and it fell off on the road driving home. It’s been close to a week and I still have not had a response on them taking responsibilities for not securing the ramp correctly and it falling off. Honesty a true deception by the overall brand of trailers plus.

The customer service was great! You walk in and they get right to business! Very helpful and informative. Devyn was quick to get us settled in and out the door with a new trailer! Definitely recommend trailers plus! Great customer service!

Wer hier bestellt, braucht starke Nerven und ein dickes Portemonnaie für nachträgliche Erpressungsversuche.

Ich habe Reifen bestellt, die explizit mit "Free Shipping" und Lieferbedingungen "DAP" (Delivery at Place) verkauft wurden. Die Rechnung wurde erstellt, das Geld kassiert. Doch statt der Ware kam eine unverschämte Nachforderung über 69,00 EUR zusätzliche Versandkosten.

Das ist kein Versehen, das hat System: Erst den Kunden mit günstigen Preisen und kostenlosem Versand locken, und wenn die Ware rausgehen soll, wird die Hand aufgehalten. Wenn man sich wehrt und auf den rechtsgültigen Kaufvertrag sowie die eigene Rechnung verweist, wird man nicht etwa professionell behandelt – man wird eiskalt abserviert.

Der „Kundenservice“ (Grüße an Patrick) storniert dann einfach eigenmächtig die Bestellung, statt zu seinem Wort und seinen Verträgen zu stehen. Ergebnis: Wochenlange Wartezeit für nichts, blockiertes Kapital und ein Fahrzeug, das wegen fehlender Teile immer noch steht.

Hinter der glänzenden Fassade von TrailerPlus/Unitrailer steckt eine rein renditegetriebene Maschine, der die Kunden völlig egal sind. Wer Zuverlässigkeit sucht, sollte diesen Laden und das ganze dahinterstehende Firmengeflecht (Unitrailer Holding) weiträumig umfahren.

Fazit: Absolut unseriös. Nie wieder!

Called me 1.17.26 and Calls like a bill collector... I literally jsut reached out yesterday and on that first call she wanted my name info email when I was coming in.... Its like lady I called to ask the questions.

Trailer quality is extremely low for what they are asking. Seems poorly weilded, tube beams. 10 gauge steel.

This is the TEMU of trailers and they are asking top price.

Called me several times after not getting the hint.. No cash break on price then no sale. Your loss not mine based on the terrible quality I have seen so far in IF.

Mike was a clown. Not sure what he is beside the trailer Janitor. Caould budge on price had to transfer for questions. The Trailer Usher Max.

An erronious charge made to invoice and management refuse to reinburse. A convenience fee charge that is used for credit cards was added, however a debit card and debit transaction actually occured.

UPDATE: Corp mgt issued a refund a month later. $$ returned. Corp protocols need to be refined to treat customer as a customer, who is responsible for corp revenue.

Update: I have made criticle comments about Trailers Plus accounting and customer service policies. No retractions, BUT, I also had a potentially traject experience today that the Trailers Plus/Interstate product performed over and above expectations. Had a 2" ball nut come off on I-40 in Nashville midafternoon traffic. The chains and jack skid plate (with a short reach extensuion) held on and no accident occured. Good trailer product, bad nut and lock washer on my part.

We bought a 16’ brand new trailer in February from Trailer Plus and have had nothing but issues. First the cables on the ramp door both came unwound and the service guys had to google how to fix them then screws for the front side panel of the trailer started coming out and have gone thru 3 sets of rear tires. All within 6 months. They fixed the panel and cables but said the tires are not under warranty, Tried to talk to a district manager about it but he will not call me back. Would never buy a trailer from them ever again! Junk trailer!!!

Experience was from 2017, 2020 and 2024 interaction.

Bought two trailer from San Diego CA and Morgan hill CA, both were awesome, staff at both location are awesome(staff and inventory), Had a brief contact with the Phoenix location and received same consistent service, once again need of trailer arise, Trailer Plus will be my choice.

Quality and stability on the road, customer service and how easily parts like brackets, motorcycle choke and over build.
Spare tire is add on, but its not overpriced.
Driven my 7ft empty from San Diego to San Jose, and fairly easy to drive long drive empty.

Ramp on my 12ft was capable of handling 500lb Harley easy, no bow or creek!

Was doing the old bait n switch. They told me my trailer was 8500. They were getting it ready. They come back after the contract was signed and said they needed another $108 on top of it or a bar that goes across the tarp. After I've already purchased the tarp. I drove 2 hours to get there for no good reason. Spent 4 hours. This place is horrible, they suck. Kaufman texas

This is my 4th review regarding Trailers Plus in Moorseville IN. The trailer in question has tires that go bald after 45 days of being replaced. I asked Brody "the manager" to make sure they could service the trailer if we brought it in, as I would need it back the next day. After bringing it in this am, I was called by Zack " the other manager" and was told that he was not able to look at my trailer today. He even admitted to knowing we had to have it back the next day for scheduled work we had. What a joke. No urgency whatsoever. I told him, if you had a busy day, you could have communicated that, but he didnt understand what I meant. I would not buy from this place if you own a company. Spend a little more, get proffesional reliable service. I think i'm going to have to park this think and buy a new trailer somewhere else.

I made the mistake of trusting these "professionals" in Kingman (where they are made) when purchasing a trailer. They suggested and sold me a trailer (7x14) that was far too much for my vehicle (1992 Ford van) assuring me that it would be fine if I didn't overload it. Just trying to move 1/2 a load of household items around the block it basically destroyed the rear end of the van which was then inoperable. I am also not impressed with the "quality" of the trailer I'm stuck with and can't use, but was told I could file a claim if I take it to the nearest dealer (hours away) to evaluate it by someone on facebook, but nobody from the company ever returned my phone calls and emails.

The interior trailer height listed online is falsely advertised. The interior height of our trailer stated 7’2”, however, was actually around 6’8” with a 7’2” clearance only being from the first step to the ceiling. Tony acted as if he didn’t know that, but claiming to have extensive trailer knowledge and time in the field leads me to believe he was well aware of this. Tony also told us that the $250 deposit on our trailer would go towards to purchase price of the trailer which was also a lie. With the rent to own program, when you pay the $250 deposit to reserve your trailer, that $250 is paid to TrailersPlus NOT the leasing company for the trailer price. So you end up having a credit with TrailersPlus for $250 which can be used for the purchase of accessories/add-ons directly from TrailersPlus. Jesse was rather confused when we spoke to him the day of pickup regarding the $250 scandal and told us that it would be a credit, but since we were told something different by Tony then he wasn’t too sure what was going on. By that time, the $250 had already been paid to TrailersPlus for the reservation and Tony claimed they could not refund the $250 so we ended up having to lose that $250 AND PAY another $182 for the difference in other add-ons Tony claimed were mandatory safety features (and extremely overpriced). We drove 6 hours for a falsely advertised trailer and a $250 scam. I should’ve followed my gut and bought a trailer from the south because business in the west is absolute immoral and and riddled with horrendous businessmen. Save yourself the hassle and stress by going elsewhere for your trailer needs. We will never do business with another TrailersPlus again.

Trailer frame split in two places in 2.5 years. Warranty is only good for two years. Total loss! Trailer plus solution. Buy a new one at full price! No thanks!

Worst built trailer of all that I own. And horrible after sales support! Buy one and find out if you like!
