Fantastic company and customer service
Phoning trade save and speaking to Chris who reassured me every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. I have never known such fantastic customer service. Everything is made in UK which is great to support companies like this.
The units are delivered built and are so solid and to whatever size you want. They have a wide variety of colours for units. I couldn't see the colour I wanted and Chris sent me some more colours from the blue colour palette and I saw the colour straight away and placed an order with the assistance of Chris drawing up what I told him i wanted.
My sister has also ordered from trade save, I won't go anywhere else if I were to need another kitchen.
My builder was so shocked and pleasantly surprised at how solid the units were made, he said he would definitely recommend trade save to people now he was also pleasantly surprised at their customer service, he he's never known such an amazing company support.

10/10 review! Chris was amazing throughout the whole process. Always polite, timely and helpful responses to my many questions. He did everything he said he would do and the communication throughout including the details of the delivery was superb. The units are very well made and all the spec changes I made are exactly as agreed. Can't fault any part of the process or the goods, would definitely re-use and recommend.

Idiot-proof supplier
I designed my own kitchen but they flagged up some rooky mistakes and saved me lots of time and money. I have not yet taken delivery so i'll have more to say, then.

Paint to order kitchen...go on be different!
I ordered 'Fitzroy' paint to order units as I wanted a colour not generally available. The quality of the paint on the doors is very good. The units are very well made and solid feeling, and also in a colour of my choosing. The drawers are Blum soft close and also feel good quality. Chris has been helpful throughout and I can thoroughly recommend Trade Save Kitchens.

First class service from design to delivery. Chris was very helpful and did everything he could to make amendments to our design to meet our requirements. He even provides advice on fitting. Very fast lead times and efficient delivery.

This is the second purchase I have made…
This is the second purchase I have made from Trade Save. The first a couple of years age, with the help of their employee who answered my phone call. They spent time sending several samples so 8 could match my old kitchen units.
They made a slim unit to my measurements and then arranged for two small doors to fit it. The quality was excellent, but the willingness to make a bespoke cupboard to fit a very unusual shape, made this unique.
When my son needed new units for a very small kitchen he used their planning service, really worth the cost that is refunded if the kitchen is then bought. Unlike other planners who left lots of wasted space as the kitchen did not fir standard units. Trade save made use of every bit of space and the price was most competitive.
Then I made our second purchase they helped to advise me on the best way to order the units that fitted the space.
I can not fault this BRITISH company.

I needed a few alterations made to some…
I needed a few alterations made to some of the units and the team were really helpful in accommodating this and were also very responsive to emails which was great.
Delivery was very smooth and everything went to plan in terms of timings etc. The units themselves look to be great quality - this is the second time we’ve ordered from you and would definitely order again in the future and would recommend to others.

Not yet taken delivery of my new cabinets but so far experience with Trade Save Kitchens has been excellent. Chris has been extremely helpful, very responsive on both emails and phone calls, and been great with one non-standard item. Can’t recommend highly enough.
