Ordered one day and received 2 days later. Really good service, price and product..

Talk to them, ask a question and they will help you, I found them to be knowledgeable as I wasn't to sure of what I needed. The flue parts I purchased were around £265.00, I was quoted from two Multi-Flue fire suppliers £595.00 and £695.00, crazy money for a 3 metre flue system, I saved over half the price by using TraderSupplies.co.uk.
I will use them again when I remodel my property.

My order was only small and I expected a hefty delivery charge but luckily found this supplier while offering free delivery - but even so, the parcel arrived very swiftly, well packed and good quality. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Can't say about the product yet, since I haven't had a chance to test it - adverse weather will be the real test.

Having slightly changed the products that I will be selling at a couple of new markets I found that I was in need of display steps (think that's what they are called!) to display mugs, jugs and the like. TraderSupplies - or Gavin Kenning Engineering - came up close to the top of a Google search and their website was very easy to navigate. The ordering process was also simple and easy to use. The product arrived on the day that they advised - although I did opt for it to be delivered the next day, which was my choice - and at the time that they stated that it would be too! Overall, I can not fault TraderSupplies and would have no hesitation in buying from them again in the future (which may be sooner than I had originally thought!!). Great service.

The mail order system has had some bad press recently. This company manages to deliver when it states, a lesson for others perhaps.
