I trust tracks and would not purchase autographs from any other. However, maybe I missed the small print, but I think it should be made clearer that custom charges need to be paid as the UK is outside Europe. I also think that postage of 40 sterling is too much, and if it includes insurance, then that should be paid by tracks.

Customs and import charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer to check before purchasing. Unfortunately, these fees vary from country to country and are beyond our control, as mentioned in the e-mail correspondence between us and yourself. They’re determined by each nation’s import policies rather than the seller.
As for postage, all shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout, so customers can review and decide whether to proceed before completing their purchase. The cost reflects fast, fully tracked, and insured delivery - ensuring that valuable items reach you safely and securely. We can offer cheaper shipping options; however, these would not include insurance, and in the event of loss, theft, or damage, responsibility would then fall on the customer.
We really appreciate your feedback. It helps us continue to provide a reliable and transparent service for all our customers.

The item has been shipped by return and is as described in advance.
Admittedly COA - being sent separately - took a while. (Maybe 1st attempt has been lost by mail.) However, the Tracks contact partner has been very responsive and supporting.

Well, what can I say , Tracks have done it again ! I collect items related to John Lennon’s home The Dakota building. While doing my usual browse of Tracks’ new offerings I saw a handwritten letter from Richie De Palma, John and Yoko’s general manager sent to an Apple Records employee at a great price. I could not buy it quick enough !
