Responsive customer service team where there was an error with my order confirmation. Confirmation never received 3 days post order. SMS updates never received and only half my order ever arrived. Requested an update and severe delays in customer service response and no explanation besides order processing issue… the product is not packaged so stolen or “lost in transit” is the only rational explanation. Now to source replacement item with little time to find stock and have the audacity to quote 7-14 working days for a refund. Merry Christmas. This isn’t anywhere near the ToysRUs of old and is a joke acquisition of the previous IP and Brand run as an e-commerce model. Order at your own risk.

i purchased several lego sets on the 28th October, which i paid for vis PayPal on the 28th with proof back from PayPal that the money had been received buy Toys r us, i have to date received nothing and have used the escalation process to contact the back office team to chase my order or a refund, they confirmed i would be receiving a refund as the order was not processed correctly, this was on the 29th October, the maximum timeframe to receive a refund is 7 - 14 working days as quoted by the team, after numerous chases i am still waiting for a refund 30 days after paying for my order and 21 working days which is 7 days longer than the 7 - 14 working days quoted, all they keep saying is be patient, an absolutely appalling customer support, do not order via this company as their internal processes are diabolical.
I still live in hope that one day i will get my items or a refund !!!!

Ordered 2 items and suprisingly the more expensive go kart does not turn up but the art set does??? 14 days for a refund??? 3 weeks later no refund and absolute ridiculous replies that are from a robot. DONT BUY YOUR XMAS GIFTS FROM HERE

I bought the Aquagelz Colossal Activity set. The vesion online has 14 Gelz and 20 moulds. What they sent, although named the same, only has 13 Gelz and 16 moulds. Its a con, advertising one thing and sending another

My experience with toys R us is shocking . I ordered a bike for my daughter s birthday 5 days ago and still not heard anything. I don’t know if it’s coming , the online team don’t answer query’s properly. Had to order another bike , still no wiser when it will come . Service shocking . They said l it hadn’t left them yet but they could track it

I bought a Lego set from Toys R Us. It arrived in just a flimsy postage bag, no other packaging. Needless to say the box was battered in the post. It was bought for a gift and was very creased and tatty when it arrived so I contacted Toys R Us who sent me a return postage label. They have now had the Lego set back 2 weeks ago and after i have chased my refund i was told I had to wait upto 14 working days for my money back which i think is disgusting. I have had to re-buy the item elsewhere so out of pocket. Don't get anywhere by complaining so I have opened up a PayPal payment dispute to get my refund. I was initially pleased to buy from Toys R Us but I would never use them again!!

I purchased some lego sets for Christmas. Quick delivery and received in a few days via royal mail.

I purchased a present of a Lego toy at £29.99 for my grandsons birthday from toy's r us delivery was meant to be in 2 to 3 days but I waited till a week later before emailing( postal strikes) to see if it had been sent out. I received an email asking for a screenshot of my order which I sent and received an email saying there was a problem I believe in the warehouse. I then after a few more days asked for my order or a refund, I then got an email back saying that they would refund my £29.99 in 7 to 14 days I emailed them back saying that I thought that this was unacceptable as I needed this money to purchase elsewhere I then got an email back saying that this was within there rights! I placed my order on the 26th October and it is now the 15th November well over the 14 days they said that they would refund me by, but I still have not received or heard anymore from them as of yet.
I thought that as there shops used to be very good, there new online shopping service would have been as good as there stores were how wrong am I? 😢

Bought Lego set 43208 online at a super good price (24.99) and it was delivered free within a couple of days. Straightforward process with no bumps and exceptional value.

I made an order on the 29th of October 2022, before 15.00pm to qualify for next day delivery and paid extra for the delivery. Payment has been taken from my account. I never received my order. So I emailed toysrus customer service as there is no telephone number to call. I was asked to send a screen shot of my order which I found very strange. They then said they have contacted the warehouse and are waiting for an update from them so that they could send me tracking information. It’s been now a few days and I still have not had any response. I have emailed twice now to ask for a refund and have had no reply. Not worth the hassle. I will never order from toysrus again as customer service is terrible. Trust me there are other retailers to order from who have amazing first class customer service. Unfortunately toysus have terrible customer services and I will never shop there again, it’s a shame as Years ago it use to be good but is not anymore.

My item arrived literally in a plastic delivery bag it was broken and damaged by the time it arrived and when asking for a refund they only offered to “send me a return label” disgrace. Even after showing them proof.

Where do I start!! What an absolute sham of a place!! Placed an order which they put on hold pending credit card checks!! It took around 3 days for the money to be released but no order confirmation?? I contacted someone via email who asked me for a screen shot of my order? How do I do this when I did not receive one? I have now opened a dispute with my bank against this company, they’ve refused to refund me pending a warehouse investigation!!
I have asked for a refund around 5 times now, I told them I did not want the goods (even if they find the order)?? and I would like a refund ASAP!!
An absolute disgrace!!! Please be warned about this joke of a place!!
I still haven’t got my money back? They have no right to refuse me a refund when this problem is clearly their doing!! They don’t know what I have paid them for? So how could they refuse a refund ??? This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had the misfortune to get involved in!!! 😡

Toys R us are the best for all types of toys for all children rages from 2 years to 9 years good staff and good customer service and very helpful

So my kids decided that they would move back to Texas to live with my husband and I. To sum up in a short story I come home from Church, roughly about three pm as I help out at the Teen Prayer Club (TPC). I come home and I can already sence that someone is in the house as their is an unusual number of foot prints in the pile of my "Live, Laugh, Prey" door mat. I walk into the lounge of my house and there, sat in the family room on my new suite, My children! We catch-up over a home cooked meatloaf, Yum! I usually prefer to raise my children in a wholesome, clean, Christian, two parent household but unfortunately my husband is on a business trip whith whom I might add, a Devil worshipping temptress off an assistant so you can imagine how suspicious at the minuite! Already by 7pm, thirty mins before cerfew, my kids are telling me how im flipping out and that I had already made them do two hours of bible study today but I purely want to educate.
I go outside for a "glowing Lolliepop" and when I come back my kids are gone!!!
I hop in the Mini-van and drive around town for Hours praying that they will show up untill I see them at Toys-R-us. So annoyed that your damn stores lured my children to it!! Great selection of toys though, Xmas shopping early. Nice parking lot!

Always has been the best! We bought several things for my youngest daughter the other day, ordered on Monday and delivery only took 3 days. She also really enjoys their printables available on site, way to keep her busy.

I am satisfied for their quick service. product was good. Recommended.

Let me begin by saying that underground piping and sewers are very expensive things to sort out, so this complaint is coming from a very sad experience we have suffered recently,

My wife’s bowels movements are often...heavy and usually take 3-4 flushes to shift all of the shift,

I have research on possible ways to user less water, less flushes etc

I found on your website flush toys, usually in the shape of different animals, I thought excellent a solution to our problems...

This could not be further from the truth,

I advised my wife after every passing of stool to add a flush toy to the mix,

After week two the local water company has had to remove 79 flush toys from the sewer,

We have had a letter to say “please stop flushing plush toys down the toilet”

I used to love going here and getting my mum to buy me toys. Was far better than going to Ann Summers where she would only buy toys for herself. I have got to say your Star Wars light saber's were much better than the collection she has. I don't even remember seeing a black one in the movies!!

Bestelling gedaan op 23-11 vrijdag en ook gelijk online betaald. Vervolgens gebeld met hun om zeker te weten nav deze reviews of mijn order zoals aangegeven 2-3 dagen bezorgd zal worden. Mw vertelde dat het op voorraad is en maandag 26-11 de zending wordt aangeboden bij gsl en vervolgens woensdag 28-11 of donderdag 29-11 bij mij bezorgd zal worden en deze zending volgbaar zou zijn met track en trace. Had gisteren de track en trace gecheckt en was niet volgbaar ondanks link en toen ik gsl belde kreeg te horen dat er wel een melding was gedaan op zondag maar tot heden geen geen zending is ontvangen. Vervolgens hun gebeld en medewerker zegt ook niet vee in systeem te zien en de desbetreffende afd een mail zal sturen en uitterlijk tot zaterdag reactie moet krijgen anders maandag terug bellen. Dwz dat ik deze week mijn order niet krijg terwijl het voor dit weekend bedoeld was. Vind het service slecht ivm niet kloppende informatie over bezorging en de telefonisten die geen engels kunnen behalve duits en voor een nederlands sprekende moest ik in de ochtenden bellen maar desondanks was die er ook niet. Na paar keer opnieuw te hebben gebeld kreeg ik een nl sprekende aan de te ipv doorschakelen! Enige + punt is dat je ze snel aan de telefoon krijgt, maar dus weinig behulpzaam zijn.
