Found what I wanted easily on the website, much cheaper than other places, delivery was very efficient, and goods where exactly what I wanted.

I will definitely use total warehouse again, and would recommend to all my friends.

The goods I'd ordered turned out to be awful quality (Fallen Fruits aged ceramic range for the garden). But Total Warehouse's Customer Service proved to be excellent in dealing with the problem, so although this particular purchase didn't work out, I would still rate Total Warehouse as a trustworthy company where you can buy with confidence.

I searched everywhere for a new feeder for the dog and came up with Total Warehouse.
The staff were very helpful and the product everything I (and the dog!) wanted, and the price was great.
I would try them for anything before I looked elsewhere..

I paid for 3 - 5 day postage and placed my order at about 3pm in the afternoon. My lights arrived in the morning of the very next day. How about that!

Bought a 150w plug and play transformer which unfortunately had a crack in its casing on arrival. Made contact by telephone and a replacement was sent next day. Better still the courier took the faulty one back so I didn't have to post it which would have been expensive as it is a heavy item. I appreciate that any expense if I had sent it back would have been reimbursed. The staff to whom I spoke were very polite and helpful. Excellent service from an excellent company.

Ordered a plug and play remote control with an extra receiver which turned out to be faulty. Advised TW and they quickly sent a new one (which worked fine) together with a postage paid label to return the faulty one. Very good service.

Very fast and efficient service, it was delivered within 3 days. Very well made and good value, although as yet my cats don't appreciate it, maybe as the weather is too hot. As with children the cats ignored the cat house and got inside the box it came in. Looks really nice in the garden and has been a topic for many conversations.

These are great units, cheap, reliable and easy to install. They look good too. Every room should have one.
