Ordered single wall light and had e mails informing me it was awaiting shipment and that my payment had been taken - was then informed that the item was discontinued. I subsequently received my payment back.

Only ordered a 3 pole fan isolator, but shipped quickly and no problems.

Great communication and product arrived on time.

Ordered a product from this company on 24hr delivery. Not on this product. No problem said I but when can I expect delivery?. Date given but product didn't arrive. Rang again and was told I should have received am e.mail to advise. Sent me an e.mail and tracker number to see where my product was but unfortunately didn't give me the name of the carriers. Rang again and was told my product would be delivered today between 4.14pm & 5.24pm. Goods arrived on time. Later that evening I arrived home and opened the package. I have never received goods so badly damaged. Bent bruised and of no use to man nor beast. I didn't even take the product out of the plastic protective bag. I have tried to contact the supplier unsuccessfully and will try again tomorrow.

I will recommend Total Warehouse to all my friends and family and would not hesitate to use again.

bulbs as described & cheaper than most other.however they dont last very long for some reason so've ended up going through them in a short period of time....

Lovely light fitting just what I needed, easy to install. Ordered one day and it arrived the next. Would definitely recommend.

I messed up the initial order, but upon phoning the company I spoke to an extremely helpful lady who changed my order and updated the payment process. Goods were delivered less than 36 hours from ordering without paying a premium for next day delivery. The goods themselves are high quality products I have already installed over 50% of the goods and they work perfectly.
