I've just received my order from Top Notch and I'm absolutely delighted. The ordering system was easy. Jasmine gave some helpful advice and kept in touch. Communication was great which gave me confidence. My magnetic van signs arrived on time and are fab. Excellent service, excellent standards.

What a breath of fresh air. A company staffed by decent, honest, caring and trustworthy people who offer informed opinions whilst also helping to shape their customer's thoughts and objectives in a supportive way to achieve what is required. They are clearly not driven by self-interest - their aim is to get the best plan in place for the customer. They spend time discussing and understanding what's required before suggesting a best way forward, which isn't necessarily the most profitable outcome for them.

Absolutely brilliant service.
Very correspondent, I gave them my own designed company logo and pitch. They were very helpful in resizing and reformatting it to fit the magnetic van signs.
Would recommend them on the experience we've had so far.

Jasmine designed my logo and managed to get my banner printed and ready within two days. Really pleased with the quality and the service provided.

I ordered a custom birthday sign and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The sign was beautifully designed, vibrant, and made with great quality materials it honestly exceeded my expectations.

It became the centerpiece of our party, and everyone was asking where I got it from. The attention to detail was incredible, and it really added that special touch to the celebration. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Very NOT top notch at all !!!

It started out ok but it became all too difficult for them and it seems they lack experience and expertise !
I will say that initially they came up with a suitable design which I was quite pleased with but it all went horribly wrong when I took precise measurements and showed then height and width of where the locks were on a long wheel based brand new Nissan primaster panel van .

I actually had to measure the text and drawings and tell them that the locks on the side would be in the text and asked them to move that text line up or down 50mm .
Now considering they flatly refused to take any responsibility about whether the locks would clash with the text I found very unprofessional and definitely not top notch at all .
Considering I’d taken the responsibility of measurement and instructions they still were reluctant to follow and basically refused to go ahead .

Next after studying their proofs I found centering of text art work was out and I put this in email asking if they could at least centre things properly.
They clearly didn’t like the fact that they had been caught out and are in fact novice notch rather than top notch.

On top of this I got an email saying the manager refused my business and a full refund was issued.

6 weeks later still no refund !!!!
TOP NOTCH more like bottom notch !!!

Amazing service from start to finish. Spoke with Jasmine from the beginning and the service was incredible! Ordered a roof box for my car and the result and art work was unreal ! Thank you Jasmine you’re the best !
