Topgear Bridport Recenzje 5

I brought a 2020 mercedes c63s but the sound was quite looked up topgear performance exuast put in year of car it's a match this will fit.
Paid £1600 but once delivered my mechanic said its valve tronic Yr car is fully electronic,
Said I'd return it but was told we have system that will work fully electronic paid another £900 they ordered from the middle East.
Once system was installed made no difference I was promised full refund from the start sent it back which they signed for but was told they could only sell it on ebay give me money from sale.
I complained was given £1600 back via PayPal but the further £900 wasn't covered by PayPal.
Now suddenly the system is unselable
But was previously OK to sell on ebay
Faulse advertising and item not as described dosent work
Cheap import that I'd think hasn't been tried tested for my 2020 c63s

Item not entirely as described... Description doesn't mention it's designed to marry up to the original exhaust which would be a 2.5/2.75, it only states a 3" exhaust
And the valves are 2 pin and so can't work with the oem valve system and they're not willing to exchange or even obtain (myself paying any difference) the 3pin motors, a bit of a shifty company at best

Car breakdown was fixed same day although a bit longer than we had hoped
We were kept updated and the price was good

I had never used Topgear/HiQ before but had been told that they were a good company to deal with and my usual garage recommended them to me when I wanted a stainless steel exhaust fitted to my campervan. I gave them a ring, explained what I needed and the receptionist put me straight through to the mechanic responsible for exhaust fitting. He questioned me as to my needs and straightaway knew exactly what it was I needed. He had actually fitted a few on other Japanese imports so knew their layout. This was very reassuring knowing that he was experienced so I booked my campervan in. The fitting was going to take the best part of a day and there was no problem with leaving my vehicle in their secure garage overnight. I actually went to the workshop where Sham, the mechanic was fitting the new exhaust and he was more than happy to take time out and explain and show me what he was doing. He seemed very laid back and not rushed at all. I was very impressed with the way he was with my van. Sarah the receptionist was very helpful with a query that I had and took time to deal with it. She was quietly confident and professional with helping me. I felt that I was being dealt with by a friendly small team of people who are all customer-focused. The new exhaust is fantastic and looks and sounds fab. My whole experience with Topgear/HiQ has been great from my first telephone call to me picking up the finished van. The only problem is that as it is a stainless steel exhaust there won't be a reason to go back there! As I live in Portland they are not really close enough to get tyres from...but I just might do so in the future :)

Exhaust seems great visually but had a few issues fitting it - very tricky to get it to sit centred & not wonky (previous 2 exhausts no issues). Emailed the company for advise - twice - and have received no response. Doesn’t bode well for after sales support - shame as I had high hope for this exhaust.
