Bedroom bedside table came and wood was severely laminated, ply was coming off the side. Box was not damaged so must of been packed like that for delivery. We now have to wait for (we don't know how long) for a replacement. No offer of any refund, even partial. Damaged item is taking up space and not sure when it will be collected. Not impressed and wouldnt use them again.

What a fantastic couple of lads. Rob and cai were so helpful and polite and gave us advise on how to build the wardrobs. The furniture was very well packed and great quality. Definitely use them again 👍👌

Probably to best vfm piece of furniture i have ever purchased, quality exceeded what was expected for the costs, customer care exceptional, enabling us to change order mid delivery & extremely well packaged and ease of assembly. If your looking for a good quality Table & chairs/bench look no further.

Had a delivery today. The delivery guys Simon and Tony, were great. Placed my order for me, exactly where I wanted it. ( carrying it upstairs for me). They went above and beyond. Great service.

Great furniture, very well packaged, but the thing i was most pleased with were the delivery guys - Rob and Cai. They were very polite, extremely careful and even took the items upstairs to the correct rooms. Cant thank them enough.

Had a problem with a carver chair. Rang and explained. Provided photographic evidence. They returned to me immediately advising that the chair would be replaced, no problem. Excellent service! Received delivery today and the original chair was taken away. Rob and Cal, the delivery team, were friendly, polite and helpful. They're a credit to Top Furniture. We'll done all!

Excellent furniture at a very competitive price, solid and very well built and great quality. We ordered several pieces of lounge/dining furniture from Top Furniture, Dartford, having chosen them online. We visited the shop, and Carl was very knowledgeable and helpful in advising us. The furniture was delivered within a couple of weeks, and given the many weeks lead-in period that some suppliers need, this was an excellent timescale.
Simon and Tony, the delivery team, were very careful bringing the furniture in, placing it where it was to go, and making sure we were happy with everything. They were very polite, and were quick and efficient. The furniture was very well protected in cardboard boxes with all corner and edge protectors etc; I was astonished at how well-packed it all was.
I think that this furniture is excellent value; it would be difficult, probably impossible, to beat this quality at the price, and I doubt that some much-more expensive furniture would be better quality. Top Furniture are very approachable, offer great service, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

I ordered my furniture last year in view of getting renovations done before the end of the year but unfortunately things didn’t go to plan and I’ve not long been able to accept delivery.
Top Furniture were very understanding and held on to my order until I was ready to receive it.

On delivery there was an issue with one of the items but within just one phone call and 2 emails, the problem had been resolved very professionally and efficiently by Lucy.

The furniture looks lovely in my new lounge. Well worth the wait.

I ordered over the phone, the girl was very helpful and gave me a rough estimate for delivery, I got a phone call earlier than the date, with a delivery day and on the day got a 2 hour slot. Very good service.

Would highly recommend. Delivery was very efficient by the deliver drivers Simon and Tony who took my quad wardrobe upstairs for me. There was a problem with the wardrobe when I unpacked it and I contacted customer services who were prompt in resolving the problem. That is all you can ask for with a company having a good aftercare service . As for the wardrobe I couldn’t be more pleased. It looks lovely in my spare bedroom. The quality is outstanding a solid unit. I will certainly be buying from them again.
