I have recently used Top BYD to replace a damaged Ariel Fins. The advertisement states quality parts but this is not true. Although the Ariel looks the same, it only came with one cable, the original has three. The inside works we totally different. The outcome was that I had it fitted and unfortunately it does not receive a strong enough signal so we hear static only. So do not trust this company to deliver what they say. I have sent them emails to say that this is not a comparable part based upon type, model and year and they say that it is. So beware! you may not get the appropriate part, it probably won't work and they will not give you a refund. Try another company!

Bought cup holders for sealion 7 and they don't fit, wasn't offered credit only, no refund ( I did ask for a refund). So that means I now have to spend another $55 to get free delivery

Really if was possible I would rate 0 that’s what this horrible company deserves

I spend over €200 euros and never got my order.
Honestly stay away from this shit.
I made an order on 18 on November today is 11 December I never got my order and now in the tracking and website says the order is cancel ???
Cancel by who ???
I want my money back immediately…

Had this have been my first experience I’d had given them a one star but it was actually my second purchase.

The first time I bought from them
I was happy, decent products and arrived well packaged in a timely manner but as ever, you see a companies true worth and value when things go wrong. I ordered some of their speaker covers for the BYD Seal which were the stainless steel dynaudio ones. The problem is one arrived dented in two places as it’s only a thin plate but it looks like whatever they’ve used to cut the speaker holes hasn’t worked and hasn’t cut all the way through the metal and it sticks out like a sore thumb and is easily visible as it’s almost white in the middle. Disappointingly rather than replacing a both damaged and defective part, they have instead said they will give me £5 store credit and told me to use a toothpick to clean out the holes.

They’re literally solid metal, a toothpick isn’t going to cut it I’m afraid and £5 store credit is worthless, it won’t buy anything or cover postage so it’s a rubbish “gesture” that will effectively allow them to try and get away with it not costing them anything knowing I either won’t use it because it won’t afford me anything or if I did use it I’d have to add a significant amount of my own money on top to purchase something else that I don’t want or need and it would just be swallowed up in their profit margin. Net result? Costs them nothing, I still have a damaged part and I get fobbed off. Extremely poor, no option to exchange. I won’t be buying from them again, terrible.

Hice dos pedidos, y los dos paquetes perdidos. La información es nula, los dos dejaron de actualizar su estado después de 10 días, les reclamas y te dicen que hasta el día 60 no pueden declarar como el pedido como perdido y si pagaste el seguro a ver si hay suerte para que te hagan un reembolso, 2 meses sin dinero y sin pedido. Mejor comprar Temu o AliExpress más barato y fiable.

Jeg købte et etui til solbriller fra Topbyd, og efter omkring to måneder holdt etuiet op med at sidde ordentligt på plads. Jeg kontaktede Topbyd efter 10 måneder, og jeg må sige, at de svarede hurtigt, men de forsøgte hele tiden at give mig skylden i stedet for at indrømme, at produktet måske kunne være defekt. Jeg er skuffet over, hvordan sagen blev håndteret – jeg havde forventet mere ansvarlighed omkring produktkvaliteten.

Great match, bough vegan leather car seat covers, lower console tray and central armrest cober. The colpur match for the blue inerior is unreal. Really fast postage, all fit perfectly and great quality.

Impossible a joindre . Fait appel a un livreur lowcost. Ne livre pas a l heure. Livreur de second rang 1er wanbexpress 2 ème cirro parcel. Ne livre pas et pas possible de récupérer le colis et ne sais pas me dire quand il livre . Je vais porter plainte sur le site du gouvernement.
