Advertise lower prices,but don't hold the stock. Expect disappointment. Ordered workmate,took 4 days to tell me out stock, but getting refund? Bloody nightmare.....don't answer emails etc...

Competitively priced, good quality tools. Will be interesting to see what their custome service is like?

I ordered a Triton Finger Jointer FJA300 we emailed back a forth until they gave me the full price with shipping charges> I ordered it and paid for it with my Paypal account and then they emailed me that this item was no longer available from Triton because Triton Discontinued making them they issued me a refund within their guidelines and sent me more emails. Avery good company to do business with and I will oeder again from them when needed.

I have purchased a number of items from them and they have been delivered quickly and correctly. The items have also been keenly priced and fit for purpose.

Very poor customer service, they are not as I thought a bricks and mortar business and appear to keep no stock as the business seems to be run from a private residence. The customer hotline is not so hot and don't even stick to the meagre 10-4 opening hours.
I prefer to order from smaller UK retailers rather than Amazon, but in this case wished I hadn't. I placed an order on a Tuesday needing them for the weekend, I was then told on Thursday evening that 2 of the 7 items were out of stock and even the rest had not been dispatched. I cancelled the order as even at this late stage I could still get what I wanted from Amazon for the weekend. As yet still awaiting my refund 8 days after cancelling.

STILL AWAITING A REFUND 2 MONTHS AFTER CANCELLING ORDER!
Ordered a ladder 19th September. I was then informed that they were out of stock until 18th October, I kept the order. 10th October I was informed that this had now moved to the 6th November so cancelled my order and informed to wait 1-2 days for refund.
6th December still awaiting a refund. This is nearly 3 months that you will have had my £250 without communication.
Note on their website that the phone number which is rarely answered is for payments only!

Great service. Ordered Thursday, delivered Tuesday first thing in good condition, with notification from carrier a day in advance , then an hour before delivery.

Good prices and many items are much cheaper than from other retailers. Downside is that delivery takes a while and contact is only by email however responses are quick, will buy again from them

I’ve bought from this company before and found them to be competitively priced and very good at communicating. My last purchase was a Stihl hedge trimmer - I’d done my research on price and came back to tool-net to buy it. They sent me an email update to apologise for and explain a short delay in the item arriving in their warehouse. They then dispatched the item by next day delivery once it had come in. Pretty good service in my view - I don’t mind a short delay if I’m told about it (and all emails seem to be properly replied to by a real person rather than a bot which I much prefer).

Don’t seem to be very well organised and I think the 5 days delivery is too long for a online shop. The voucher I received after making my purchase was out of date so not sure that it will work with my net order. Having said that their prices are good and the staff are friendly and helpful when you phone them.

Terrible service. Ordered and paid a week ago, item still not dispatched. Asked for update, told would be dispatched next day, didn't happen. Asked for further update, was sent the EXACT same response - will be dispatched next day. And No Apology! Will now cancel my order. Their complaints email address doesn't work, bounces back!

Edit: Order# 618285 cancelled 4 days ago. Still no sign of a refund!

Platform and order was processed and item delivered very quickly.

These platforms have been a godsend whilst decorating our newly built extension and for general maintenance around the house. Don't know how i ever managed without them.
