This company is beond useless, my company has placed around 12 orders online with them and most of the time items are shown as "in stock" but then a day or so later you get an email saying sorry but some of your items are out of stock and some rubbish excuse that is never tool-nets fault. There deliveries are a joke and take way longer than they tell you and cost far more than they should. it's cheaper to use your own courier and get the goods collected and it would be quicker!! . I was promised a full refund on a faulty item almost 3 months ago and dispite several emails i've still not had the refund i was promised would take 2-3 working days. I guess you get what you pay for, there prices are low but there customer service, reliability and honesty are a joke, we now use FFX and Rutlands spending a few penies more is well worth doing to get fast deliveries and a decent service. STAY AWAY I SAY

I have used Tool-net on several occasions. The delivery is usually swift and the goods always arrive well packaged.

Do Not Buy from this company as they have zero aftersales back up.
i purchased a Clareke 7030 electric heater which set light to itself yesterday, i reported the issue this morning and their response is : "someone from our faulty goods team will contact you within 24 hours" hardly an acceptable response when safety is in question. i since have tried calling all morning but only get an answerphone so beware if you purchase from this company. Poor service.
