Sizing is super small, trying to return 3 items and no one will respond. No number to call…do not trust this website.

I love the top I ordered, but it took quite a while to get it!

These dresses on Tluse are great quality for the low cost. Great to buy a couple of new, fun items for upcoming vacation without breaking the bank. Very sexy and fit well. My man loved them too.I’m 125lbs, 5’8”, 36C and have bought several size small dresses.

The shirts all fit and seem to be a good quality. The only thing I didn’t like his how long it took to receive.

I’m just over 5’6” tall with a lean build. This coat is very flattering on me and the fabric is perfect for spring in Colorado.

I love all 3 items. Nice quality.

I need to return the white blouse as that is to small.
so i need to find out how to do that.

Loved the clothes I ordered. I want to wear the flannel shirt like every day if I could.

The customer service is non existant and there is no way to make a return reguardless of what their site says. Don't take my word for it check before you buy, when you buy with this company you own it for life. It's disapointing because I am happy with the cothes, I ordered for a Christmas gift and ordered the wrong size, no return/excahange help to be found. I don't want to risk losing anything more so I'm done ordering from them.

I'm reluctant to give even 1 star, but it's my only option. Absolutely horrible! I originally chose this label because it stated it was a U.S. company. The clothing I received was of extremely poor quality, awful fabric, and was nothing like I was expecting. I will NEVER order clothing from this, or similar companies again. I HIGHLY advise against ordering from this company. I attempted to return the items, however, they make it very difficult and inconvenient to do so. Total fraud.

I think the product was very nice and the wife loved it, now the problem was a 7-15 day delivery went on for 44 days! No tracking information was sent out to me. It made me feel like I was getting scammed, so I'm glad it finally arrived!

I cannot believe how poor this company, Tluse, is with their customer service.
The 2 items I ordered and then received did not meet the quality of the items I saw on line when I placed my order
I paid $86.00 for these 2 items and emailed them to let them know I wanted to return them.
Their return policy was to contact them within 30 days from time of receipt. I met that requirement. The response I received was would I accept $25.00 and keep the items!
I responded back that this was not acceptable because I did not want these items. I wanted to return for a full refund. I’ve have not received a response to my email.
I have sent 3 more emails to them and have had absolutely no response
I find it hard to believe this company is located in South Carolina.
I am so frustrated with no response to my follow up emails.
I will never purchase from them again
I don’t know what else I could do to receive a response. The only source provided by Tluse to contact them is an email address.

Exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful.

Horrible company. False advertising. Lousy communication.

First, I only made the purchase because it claimed to be coming their warehouse in either South Carolina. If it was clear that it was coming from China, I would not have bothered. It has been over 30 days and the "tracking number" that is suppose to be USPS is still "label created, waiting to be received". Company just keeps saying to "wait" a few more days, wait a few more days. They even once claimed that " we tracked it, we know where it is" but couldn't provide said actual tracking information, so obviously that was a lie. Had to file a credit card chargeback, as they claim they will only refund $14. My order was $137. I could saw "Be careful who you order from" but when they blatantly lie about where the product is coming from, you can't really prevent that. Just another fly-by-night Asian scam company.
