I had ordered a few things from Tjori and applied a discount coupon, with COD option. The pkt was delivered at a price higher than that billed at the time of order. Since such things dont happen with Myntra, Amazon, Nyka etc so i just paid without much attention. afterwards when i wrote to C care abt the issue , they simply refused and said that i did not apply the discount coupon, even when i shared the screenshot of original discounted bill. Their products are fine but services need to improve. Just triple check before paying them

This is the most best example of "All that shines is not Gold". Pathetic is not the term for these fraudsters. Their business model is based on Hera Pheri plot. 'Cheat' Fund.
I want to abuse their horrible services. But no point. They don't care.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

I have bought many products from Tjori. The curtains in our house, soaps, shampoos, face cream, hair gel are all from Tjori. I like the sincerity in their products and the happiness they bring to everyone in our household when we use them! In particular, I like their hair gel - its all natural and provides a v good hold for soft hair.

Really one of the better purchases at tjori. Love this product. Happy shopping 💕🌺

Product quality is very good

This website have some severe delivery issues. I have ordered a kurta for my wife on 23rd March 2021 and i have been waiting for it till date with no clarification on the exact date of delivery. According to their own words they have a policy to deliver the product within 8-10 days. So, according to them they should have delivered it by 1st -2nd April. i have even given extra 25 days to deliver the product because its 27th April and i have not received it yet. But they keep on giving the excuse of Covid.... i understand the Covid situation gotten worst after 10th April in Delhi but they still had good amount of time to deliver the product before that. This is a fraud what they are doing.... because they refused to refund the money. It is so frustrating to deal with these people.

Update 28th April: They will insult you when by giving you credit voucher when I asked for my money back.... Check out the screenshots of my chats with them.... Also attaching a pic with delayed deliver.

UPDATE 6TH May: on 4th may 2021 I had a chat with them and they told me that if on 5th may they fail to ship my product they will refund my money check the Screenshots. Today is 6th they are not replying anymore. Tjori.com is a fraud company which is looting people from their hard earned money.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL PUT IN A LOOP OF CUSTOMER CARE CHATS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE CALLS.

Wouldnt give even a 1 star to this fraud company...have palced order in october and never got my producys till nov so i cancelled and they gave me credit....i ordered again few months later and they kept delaying products and kept giving lame excuses and not even refunding my money....They are cheaters who just want customers money buy dont want to deliever products...how i wish someone could take a legal action against them....U wonder what makes them think that they can succeed in life by cheating and making fool out of ppl by taking their hard earned money who trusted them...please dont waste ur money n trust on this brand....

Dont trust this site guys. They are frudsters. Inhave placed a order almost 2 months back and still havent received the order. Have been sending them emails continuosly but they never let me know when exactly my order will be shipped. Please please dont trust these guys

I am writing this review after a long ordeal with Tjori. Like everyone I was excited by their quirky designs on their website and placed orders for Rs 4000. When the orders arrived I realized that the quality was on par the clothing you get on street markets, here to be sold at glorified rates. I issued a refund and came to realize that I cannot be refunded. They gave me a coupon saying that it will not expire for my lifetime. The coupon was lesser than the amount I orginally paid (So i again lost money there) Now I've been trying to use the money on my coupon and Tjori says the coupon is invalid and the customer service is USELESS. They keep closing the issue instead of resolving it. (AKSHAY and RAMAN - customer service pseudo names) Tjori has cheated me of my money and now they are refusing to give me back my cash or a product worth my cash. PLEASE BEWARE and do not order. In the name of sustainability and craftmanship TJORI is exploiting consumers. GIVE BACK MY MONEY TJORI.

I have placed my order 15 days ago paid them in advance sent them 20+ mails and there is no response.

I order 2 items, it has been 2 months and I haven't received one, the one which I received was 2 sizes smaller.

I wish I could not give the company a single star.. BIG SCAM... I did not receive the stuff I ordered and the customer services team are so bad and useless with handling complaints...

I ordered a suit worth rs 1660 last month...they give a delivery date after 15 days... It's a prepaid order...till now I haven't received my dress... Big fraud.......no customers service no.
Don't now how can I blindly trust n make payment.
God is everywhere they will pay more than money I lost...

Hopeless customer support, I have ordered a product and paid money, but not received the product for a month, when I ask for refund they say they can't cancel the order nor deliver my product, every time I raise query they just give tracking details (product is stuck for more thst 20 days in one place)not helping to get the product delivered . Be careful when ordering by paying cash

Tjori is a big scam. Don't buy their kurtas bec the fabric quality is very low even the lining material is good which other brands use. The gerua maroon halter neck dress with kota dupatta I have ordered is very transparent and it's not even halter neck it's sleevless and it's completely different from the image shown on their website. May be they have used good quality fabric and perfect stitching and fittings only for one dress for display purpose just to fool the customers. Tjori is the correct name they have given to their website so that they can fill their tjori's and loot customers by charging such high price. I have paid Rs. 2780 for such pathetic fabric which is not even worth for 500 with very low thread count. Just boycott this site tjori. Worst online shopping experience ever.

This site is a scam! BEWARE.
I ordered churidar and Kurta on December 12th. Until now have not received my order. I have atleast send them 10-12 emails for follow up. Every time was given a mew date. Plus yesterday they emailed that my order cannot be filled completely. When asked them to not proceed with the rest of the order, the denied.

Worst firm in terms of customer service.

The site is a Scam, they accept your order then logout your account and doesn't let you login. I tried to login but every time they showed that OTP is wrong. How many times can a person enter wrong 4 digit OTP?

Also, site promises to ship products within 24 hours but delivers after 25-45 days only to send wrong products and then they wouldn't accept returns/exchanges. Even if they do, after 20 mails, they wouldn't process refund or send exchanged item.

MY EXPIERENCE : I ordered 5 wellness products, I received 2 of them within 25 days and to be honest, I liked the ones I used but I had to wait 45 days for the other 3 products. Once I got them, I realized that I got bath salts instead of body scrub. I emailed them multiple times and they scheduled an exchange as they don't do refunds. Now, I am writing this review 6.5 months after I returned the bath salt but haven't still got exchanged item or any refunds. I emailed them regularly, even said that I wouldn't go to consumer court but got no valid response.

I needed some sanitizers urgently and TJORI site promised to ship such products within 24 hours so I made a new account and placed another order on Feb 2021. I checked after 2 days whether they shipped the products or not but I was logged out, I tried to login but everytime site showed that I was entering wrong OTP. I felt so stupid for even thinking about giving them another chance. I searched on YouTube to see if I am the only one. I got interview of MANSI GUPTA, founder of TJORI giving interview to a news channel, promising how she and her team were so good and unique, trying to help everyone and all and realizing how cheating and double-faced people can be.

Pathetic service. I have ordered on 3 products on 6th Jan and I havent received it yet. They said shipment agency will call you and wherein even they are not resolving issue. Such pathetic customer service.
