Tiny Tots Direct 

We ordered a Cosatto travel system and were pleasantly surprised at their fantastic customer service.

We requested a price match and the service we received during the process was fantastic, the team went above and beyond and offered practical unbiased advice (not always given at some retailers).

Next time we need anything for our baby big or small, our first stop will be Tiny Tots Direct.

Decided we were in the market for a Jumparoo (blame the other Mums...) and looked around all over the web. The usual big retailers had the new one for sale, but availability was patchy, and surprisingly web reviews like this varied hugely, even for the biggest baby retailers (no names mentioned). We felt that with some retailers they didn't actually want to tell you whether something was in stock or not before you ordered it, which seemed sneaky. In the end, we found exactly what we wanted with Tiny Tots Direct, the price was literally a few pounds more and we decided that we'd pay it with a smile- partly to support a smaller retailer, but also because their site was clear, they had what we wanted in stock, offered fast delivery, and just came across really well. We weren't disappointed- delivery was fast and easy, and we were up and running next day. Thanks Tiny Tots, we'll be back!

This was our first order with this company and they did not disappoint, the whole process was easy and the icing on the cake was when we received a text message to give the exact time the courier was coming.

This is second to none service and other companies need to take a leaf out of this book in order to get the sales, will use again.

Someone answered the phone first time and answered my queries in full. Delivery was next day!

Ordered on Tuesday at best price I could find, received on Thursday - email to let me know what time it was coming was really useful. Great product - this is the 3rd one I have bought as a present - all the grandkids have arrived in the last year !!

I had excellent experience with Tiny Tots direct, all the matters related to my order were instantly handled by customer care without any trouble.

I specially liked the delivery service where the service provider specified one hour window for delivery, unlike most of the others where they do not specify any time during the day.

We would look to use Tiny Tots Direct again. The price match promise was as advertised. The replies were prompt and we were impressed that the advisor checked to make sure we understood what accessories we were buying to ensure we did not duplicate and waste our money. The ability to change the delivery given hour slot slot worked well on this occasion, the exception that the small part of the delivery was delivered separately outside of the given window. Luckily I was in!

I was having problems purchasing my Quinny Zapp Xtra package deal on the Tiny Tots Direct website so I contacted them directly and Claire was really helpful. She reserved my pushchair so I didn't miss out on the deal and called me when the problem with the website was rectified so I could continue with my order. I received brilliant customer care not to mention a fantastic deal on the Quinny with all the extras......best on the web!!!!

I purchased a baby monitor about two months ago and began to have an intermittent problem where the parent unit would turn itself off without warning.
TinyTotsDirect correctly looked to the manufacturer for guidance, but when no real assistance was offered immediately stepped in and replaced the unit which is working perfectly to date.

TinyTotsDirect were easy to contact, followed through on their promises and offered a very positive and helpful service throughout. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future and am confident in recommending them to others.

I was looking online for a birthday present for my niece and as soon as I saw Tiny Tots Direct, I knew that this was the company that I needed to buy from.

Fantastic website, detailed product descriptions, great pictures; all the information you could ever need. And when I contacted them directly, the lady on the other end of the phone couldn't have been any more helpful either - she knew exactly what she was talking about. The chair ordered was just what was needed and the description matched the chair exactly. Once ordered - a simple matter - it arrived very promptly. My grandson is very happy with and in it.

The baby monitor was bought by us as a gift. It is just what they had wanted at the best price we had seen. The communication from Tiny Tots Direct was great and delivery prompt. We even had a text to say what hour to expect delivery of the parcel!

I purchased an item from Tiny Tots website as I found them to be the cheapest price online. The item arrived quickly, but after a few weeks developed a rare fault. I contacted the manufacturer initially who was reluctant to provide a replacement due to the minor nature and offered a discount on one of their other products instead. I then contacted Tiny Tots who spoke to the manufacturer on my behalf and a replacement was quickly on its way. You can always tell a good company by the way they handle any problems and I can say that Tiny Tots resolved the problem quickly, politely and effectively.

Tiny Tots Direct were simply amazing! All my emails were replied to so quickly. All the chat in emails was really friendly and personal as if you were speaking to someone you had known for years.
The one hour delivery slot meant I was able to go out and about before delivery was expected rather than sitting in wasting the day.
I couldn't rate them any more highly.

I don't really do online shopping but took a chance with Tiny Tots Direct because I had seen the product I really wanted.

I wanted a highchair and found the one I was looking for. Wooden and it also separates into a chair and table. Excellent detailed product review and different views so you could get a real idea of what you were buying. Was able to ask questions about product with speedy replies.

I placed order which was really easy and straight forward, an email to confirm order and text messages to update me on my delivery. The morning of my delivery I was told within which hour it was going to be delivered.

Excellent service, didn't have to wait in all day of organise a neighbour to collect parcel.
