Szczegóły produktu

This black mailing box is great for sending gifts out to family and relatives as well as being ideal as a subscription box for your business. No fuss and easy shipping as this box is accepted by Royal Mail. The box is easy to assemble and secure enough without the need for tape, although why not personlise it with a printed label for added strength and security? The boxes are single walled and made from corrugated card. The box can be used as a beauty box, for small accessories or stationery.

Odpowiedź od Tiny Box Company

Hi Evgeniya,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and for speaking to me via email about this issue.

The images that you have sent over, both here and via email, appear to show the boxes folded inside out, which can cause the board to split and make them harder to fold. If the board has split, it won't fold neatly, as it will no longer fold along the score lines already provided.

I have checked the stock in the warehouse and folded some test boxes; they all appear to be fine, so I think this is the issue on this occasion. I have sent over some images showing the inside and outside to hopefully help going forward, and I will ask the website team if something can be added to the description.

This box was the perfect size for an uncommon hardback book size. I just wish I had ordered more on the same delivery!
