BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ordered dog food, sent two emails asking were it was, no replies, never going to receive it going by the numerous number of complaints on here & no refund. I just don’t understand why trading standards or some government body do not shut this company down.

Another dissatisfied customer. Having purchased 3 cartons of 12 trays of naturo dog food on opening the second carton the smell from it was enough to knock you out I found 2 trays not properly sealed and it contents leaked on the rest of the cartons. The phone number given does not contact you to a living person and having email the customer care service no one bothered to reply. Another company that does not care about its customer will take my money somewhere else. Ps tesco sell the butchers dog food cheaper.

Please stop this Company from trading. They have my money I have no dog food!! Given a scam tracking number. They do not answer any emails....

I also have a case number from DG International Group Limited the Manufacturer.

Next step is TRADING STANDARDS...

Do not use this company! They only sent me half of my order. They do not reply to emails (which is the only way of contacting them).
Disgusting to take people’s hard earned money and not deliver goods paid for.
Will be contacting trading standards!

SCAM COMPANY - my dog food was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. I have been trying to contact Time for Paws for a week with no response. Telephone number also doesn’t work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrendous company. They have taken my money and sent me a product worth half the price that I cannot use, due to my dogs allergies. I have tried to contact them 8 times and they just ignored me. They are SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE THEM!!

SCAMMERS AND LIARS - AVOID

This company has committed fraud and my bank had to intervene.

I placed an order on 12/06. I received an email on 18/06 saying my order was dispatched and would arrive that day. The tracking number did not work and no delivery arrived.

I emailed them on 19/06 to tell them my order never arrived, so I requested to cancel and get a refund. They then tried to challenge me by saying that my order had been delivered to my safe place at 17:04! When I asked for proof of this, they stopped responding.

When I did a chargeback with my bank, Time for Paws confirmed by email that my order was never even sent out and they were waiting for stock to come in.

They have committed fraud by sending me a fake tracking number and an email saying my order had been delivered when it was never even dispatched.

Also the many company names is suspicious enough in itself, the phone number doesn’t work and when you email Time for Paws you receive a response from a different company…

Great customer service. One of my items was different from the order and they answered my query in 2 days and recitified it on the 3rd. Really impressed. Really well packed and quickly dispatched.

Avoid if you want your order delivered within a week. I live rural and rely on having my dog food delivered for my puppy. My order hadn’t been delivered 7 days after the ordered was placed. I contacted customer service who told me the warehouse hadn’t seen the order. 😡 guess my puppy will have to do without

My order took ages to arrive and getting a response from the customer service was a real struggle!

Waiting for an expensive bag of dogfood to be delivered, if I'd have checked these reviews I would never have bothered, sent an email, no reply, you need to download an app for delivery info ? Which is useless

My first experience with Time for Paws last year was slightly fraught however turned out fine in the end - l only ordered in stock items last week and all have been delivered today - that's 25kg dried food and 6 pallets of tins. All intact and within date. Thank you can't fault the service. I think if you want items asap, might be an issue - I always order 2-3 weeks before I need it - my experience only.

Brilliant service. Ordered on the 29th April.
Goods delivered on the 1st May....a week earlier than expected.
Have been using Time for Paws for a while now and never been disappointed with delivery times or their customer service.

Had a few prompt deliveries but last one 2/3 weeks ago have not responded to emails about late delivery. Avoid cannot recommend

I ordered ear drops for my dog, which I would class, as a priority for obvious reasons.

I placed the order on 6 April 2025 to find out the expected delivery date would be 10 days later. A little item such as ear drops could have easily been posted through Royal Mail.

Its now 17 April 2025 and I've yet to receive my order. I've sent 2 emails with no response.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered 15kg dry dog food, Yodel were apparently going to deliver it after business hours so gave me the option for it to be delivered another day. Then the tracking stated it was returned to the seller. Emailed the seller and got zero response. However when I was trying to find a number for the company I came across the reviews. They are appalling, would never use them again. I ended up getting a refund when I involved PayPal.

Good to see them settled into their new location. I gave them 1 star back in December and found they were moving premises.My order this week was great, I ordered two bigs of Euknuba on Tuesday 1st April and it just arrived. No issues or chasing required.

A 15kg back of parrot food from Little Peckers (same parent company as Time for Paws) is full of weevils. I have sent several emails but have not received a reply. Spend your money elsewhere.

Steer clear they do not answer emails. Had my money for dog food and it’s not been delivered! I think they are scammers. Going to contact my bank and ring the police.

Paid for 6 meadow hay bags, I only got 3 delivered.
So pissed and no one replies to my emails.
Watsed money as half my order didn't come.
Do not order from them they are scammers!
