Delivery not arrived. Had an email and tracking number saying that £60 order despatched and was with courier. Courier say that they haven’t received from company to deliver.
No response to emails and can’t find phone number. Complaint raised with credit card company

Despite the other reviews, I have had a good experience with this company, I was struggling to find the dog food I wanted in a store so gave them a try as it was in stock... order placed on the 6th, email to say dispatched on the 9th and delivered on the 11th, very pleased as it was also nearly £10 cheaper than when bought in store. It can be hit and miss with deliveries these days, and you never know if it is the company or the courier but I'm very pleased with my order and will consider using again if stock does not arrive in my local area. Don't normally do reviews and I was a little worried when I read some on here but I hope this let's some people give them a go.

This is an appalling company do not buy from them - they lie to you about your delivery and then after 8days without explanation just advise you will be refunded within the next 10 days and do not deliver the product your ordered - I wish I have read the trust pilot review before ordering from them ! Avoid and pay a few pounds more so you actually get the product from a reputable company

Scam company. Do not use. Had to contact my bank to raise a dispute to get my money back.

Do not use these people, ordered puppy food and not even sent the food and not replying to emails and cannot get a refund or confirmation of delivery date.

Shocking company order placed and confirmed, but no delivery, tried to call no answer, I have emailed several times with no reply.
These are scammers staying VERY clear, there are a lot of reviews telling you the exact same thing.
DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Time for Paws Have left me an update to say my delivery was received and all items checked off in message. I am missing 4 x trays of 12 tins of dog food totalling over £60. I chased this with Yodel who told me they got another tracking number for me from time for paws but they haven’t received the parcel yet , so that is 15 days since my order and still not dispatched, I have emailed asking for a refund for these items as will be purchasing elsewhere, will not be using this company again

After a problem with a short delivery it was resolved quickly. I have ordered several times from them and will continue to do so.

I have been ordering from Times for paws for such a long time always great value on dog food. usually the lowest priced in the market.Unfortunately this time my order was delivered wrong but work out in the end.
I contacted Time for paws once i realised i had the order was wrong . Jules was incredibly helpful in getting it fix for me, would work around me to get the order fixed.
In a turn of fate my dog actually really liked the food which was delivered, but if that wasn't the case i know Jules and her team would bend over backwards to get it sorted for me. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again

Took a bit longer than said to deliver but arrived and correct order. We started to get a bit twitchy when we saw some of the reviews and ordered again from another company promising delivery in 2 days still hasn’t arrived from them 4 days later.

Absolutely shocking company. Waiting 8 days and still not delivered. My girl has just had puppies and is eating for Britain, but all they say via email, is we apologise for the delay and here’s your tracking number. I’ve asked for a refund and now no reply. DON’T WASTE YOUR TUME WITH THIS COMPANY. 0 rating actually.

Well I liked the prices for the product they offer. So I ordered on the 1st of march 4 item's. So got my order confirmation but after 2 days still no info that its been send out.
So I wrote an email to them why I didn't receive any I fo that my order been send out. On the 5th march I got an email that my order is out with the tracking number of yodel.
Now comes the very funny part. I got a call at the 6th march form paws telling me that one product is not available and will be refunded. After 6 days they telling me that,I ordered on the 1st of march. The item shouldn't be offered when not available.
This is just not right, sure they call and I got my refund without problems but what a long time in between. It should happen faster that it's not available. All a bit slow.

It took quite a bit when know they sit in uk. The rest went alright after I got all delivered. Box was a bit big for those items though. Update your website regularly when items are not more in stock. So I hope I get a better experience when order a second time.

PLEASE do not waste your money with this company. If you want to email, complain, call or write to Time for Paws, you are given a telephone number which has 5 separate options and an email address. None of the 5 options I tried calling were answered... If you want to email time for paws, you are given an email address that relates to customer service at Havelins petcare.co.uk. If you check the Havelins petcare website it is just a home page directing you to a number of companies, and when you click on the company logo including time for paws, it just takes you to their website. If you google Havelins Petcare Ltd, it comes up saying permanently closed...

Order was delivered on time, though not sure Yodel's tracking is accurate. Customer services prompt and helpful.

Do NOT waste your time ordering from this company. Spend a few more pounds from a reputable company. My order of £87 was made on the 14th Feb. Money taken immediately and still not arrived 23rd Feb. Several phone calls, voice mails & emails with no response. Managed to get through today - No stock in warehouse!!! Bad customer service!!!

No problems here! Ordered on Saturday, two big bags of dog food delivered 4 working days later. Well packaged and the best price on the net.
