I can not fault our wedding day with them, bus was beautiful driver did everything to make sure we had remembered to get photo's all around the bus' guests loved it! The only thing was they had refused to do our sigh as we were 1 day late paying the bill due to being away and had to pay a small fortune to get someone eles to do it otherwise would be 5* would still recommend as driver was fab! Big thank you!

Brilliant bus hire for Year 6 prom!!
Timebus were great from start to finish.
Originally we had hired a larger bus as we thought we’d have more children, but when we had slightly less than expected Timebus let us downgrade to the slightly smaller and cheaper version. How many companies would let you do that??!

The bus was in place on time with an excellent driver who was very understanding of 47 very noisy and excited children!!

Definitely recommend and good value compared to competitors.

From start to finish we were happy with Timebus. There were a couple of issues which is why I have only given 4 stars.
We had arranged a Regal Four for my Mother's Funeral, with a personalised board & black ribbon. Sadly on the day of the funeral there was a problem with the bus so a replacement (double decker rather than single) was sent. Understandably there was no board as this had been custom made to fit the other bus, but what I did find disappointing was that there was no black ribbon on front of the bus. I think that could be something to think of for Timebus (have some to one side incase of emergencies).
The staff were helpful from my initial enquiry to the apology email afterwards.
I would def use Timebus again, hopefully for a more joyous occasion

I can't honestly believe what I'm reading here !!
I had timebus and the staff for my wedding and they were faultless in all aspects of our wedding day and I had the service booked all day with Three pick ups and drops.
I got what was promised, I had multiple calls to check plans in the weeks before our date and the staff were fantastic on the day itself.
Driver and Conductor actually made this special.
I am using these people again for other functions in our calender without any doubts in the slightest.

Beautifully well presented double decker bus.
Sadly what let Timebus down for us was the inflexibility of the logistics of us being able to serve our guests some bubbly.
Timebus refused to store anything for us even the day before, which meant we had to book another additional bus which were more accommodating.
They also refused us to take any bottles aboard so a lot of our guests had to hang around outside or go without. Something the other company were happy to accommodate.

Generally our exchanges on the phone were sometimes rude and abrupt which was a shame.

When asked if they would be able to park on the other side of the town hall we got married in just so we could make it as easy as possible for our guests, they shut me down instantly without letting me explain why I was asking for them to park on the other side.
Very inflexible and I was interrupted on almost every call we had.
Big shame, and kind of tarnished our dealings with them

Don’t go for Timebus ever! Avoid them by all means! Disgusting attitude to their customers. These guys are focused on money making only and have no sense of customer service at all.
It is the most terrible customer experience we have ever had which unfortunately happened to my husband and me on our WEDDING DAY on 24th September 2022.
Timebus company ruined our wedding& transportation.
The routemaster just drove away without giving any notice that they were leaving however they said they did??
Nobody contacted us or came into the church saying that bus was leaving.

However the bus and the whole journey was booked until 15:30pm
For some reason the bus driver decided to neglect his customers without even waiting for 5 minutes more. He just left to his next money-making trip.

We came out of the church at 14:27pm which by the way is on film. We were the first ones to vacate the church and straight away told by our car driver the bus had driven off, so in fact was before the time they stated the driver went which was 14:30 (minutes actually count)

It would have taken mere minutes to get the people onto the bus as there wasn't many and a few older people at that.
It also takes 45-50 minutes to get to our venue on the Saturday, as my husband completes this journey daily also on weekends if this was the case then 14.30 onto the bus and leaving within 5mins would have been sufficient. 

The journey onto the destination would have made us be there approx 15:20 or even as stated 15:30pm which would have been the confirmed time to get to our destination.

Our contact person at Timebus was Sam he was a very rude man via email basically telling us where to go as we tried to claim our money back!

Really really very dissatisfied, disgusted and disappointed against timebus and really not much consideration for what was supposed to be a lovely smooth day without hassles like this. Such beautiful customer service ....NOT
