Great customer service

Can't fault the customer service from this company. From setting up, connecting to new router, to adding new products etc. any time I have called or emailed I have had a timely and very helpful response from Adam. I highly recommend.

Buy, Buy, Buy absolutely Fantastic

I needed a little help today as regards to where to place my camera and if the cable was ok out in the wet.
I had a very polite conversation with Adam who was kindness himself He explained all I needed to know.
I can thoroughly recommend Time2 camera’s. I have just purchased the outdoor one called Oscar and am in the process of installing it. I also have three Sophia Cameras and find the quality of these cameras absolutely unbeatable. The price is very reasonable compared to other makes, and there’s no fee for storage.
Time2 are Brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting security camera. Well done Time2.

Ok until you have a faulty product

Unfortunately it's come to leave this review, but after five months of problems with my Oscar3 camera. Which they know there is a fault and falsely advertised. They have had control of my camera three of the five months, They have seen and recognized the problem, and have tried two updates but still the camera doesn't work as advertised. Nicole who I spoke to last is clueless all she can say is I'm Adams Manager I'm in charge of stock, sales, media publishing and staff. That one sentence sums her up in a few words. Jack of all Master on none. She wanted me to send the camera back, well I said I wanted it replacing. Then I had to send the faulty camera back which they knew was faulty, then check it?. She had the cheek to basically say they will not send a replacement out until they receive the faulty one incase I didn't send it back. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company, then I get accused of being a dishonest SHAME ON YOU Nicole. I decided not to send the camera back I have had enough of the constant emails and them having control of my camera all the time, and making broken promises that's Adam who makes them. The camera's are good, but as soon as you have a problem they will try everything to avoid replacing it. I even asked her to put me in touch with the owner, but she came up with some stupid excuse and said I will let you know that was over a month ago.
Basically all is good until your product becomes faulty, but my camera didn't work as advertised from day one and they knew because I wasn't the only one that got in touch with them. Adam told me they had numerous calls about it not working as advertised. Over time he said there was only a few with problem, but they still wouldn't replace my camera. It's now five weeks since I didn't send my camera back or contacted them, and guess what they have not had the decency to get in contact with me asking why, and what they have done to try to correct the fault of my camera. I think that sums up what a poor customer service when you have a problem best of it in my case a known problem. Oh by the way Adam Nicole when you read this don't bother leaving a reply saying we will improve things next time, every reply you have put on here you can't end it with your name so don't bother hiding behind, from time2 team.

Follow up from Adams response, Yes as usual no name left from there reply, but I know there's only two of them. Adam tried to call me a couple of times once I emailed them telling them what a poor customer service they provide, once you have a problem all good until then. Once they received my email and had seen this rating they were interested again, but since ignoring them and it was only two calls they tried. They have not tried anymore contact or any offer to send a replacement out to me. They still want me to climb up the ladder and remove camera return it to them, for them to check a faulty camera joke. The fact they said they were waiting for my return that's why they didn't contact me is beyond belief. I said I was going return the camera a month after hearing nothing from them.
I'm basically using the camera the same as Oscar2, It's such a shame because they are good cameras, It's the fact of a poor customer service when you have a problem, and every time you have to send the camera back for them to check no matter how much money you spend with them They still accuse you of being dishonest and don't trust you to send the camera back.
Well Nicole jack of all does that's there policy she said we don't trust people to send it back and stock will be down, can you believe that response. I couldn't believe she had said that, just shows clueless in customer service but what do you expect from JACK OF ALL. Thought I would just update as it annoys me they make out they are so concerned once they have received an email and a poor review. I spent 5 months of Adam making every excuse to avoid sending a replacement, and to top it all every phone conversation we went through the same thing every time and there were a lot of phone calls.
If you read this review the cameras are great, but be aware if you have a problem I need say no more.

I can assure you that this does not reflect the level of service we aim to offer here at Time2.

We did experience a handful of customers report a few issues they were facing with the camera. After processing the latest firmware we found it resolved all the issues reported except for yours and I am sorry for this.

I understand your frustrations and can see that you were provided with the information required to return your camera back in May. The returns department have been notified and they have been waiting for it to be returned.

Nevertheless, after providing the returns information the engineers have still been working on another update for your camera. However, since you were provided with the return’s information, we did not notify you of this update.

We would love the opportunity to resolve your issues and have been trying to contact you over phone and email to no avail.

Please can you respond to our most recent email to arrange a phone call to discuss this further.

All Great! Customer service and items! Super happy about my purchase

This company is great! I bought 2 years ago Oscar (the outdoor camera) and few days ago for improving my security system I bought Noah (the alarm ) and Sophie (an internal camera). Each single item is great. Amazing resolution and very good price. During the night, Oscar’s quality camera is still excellent. Very happy about them.
I also needed to contract the customer services and I was very impressed by Adam. I always got an answer within 24 hours and he has the full knowledge of the system . I highly recommend it and I will definitely buy additional sensors to cover the entire house .

5* customer service

I had to contact customer support for assistance with my product. Adam was very helpful, polite, patient and kind. He did what he promised, quickly and enabled me to resolve the problem I was experiencing. Customer service at its best. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Many thanks

I have recently purchased the Oscar 3…

I have recently purchased the Oscar 3 outside camera.
The video quality is excellent.It is quite easy to set up.There are a couple of things that could be improved and these have been passed on to the Product Development Team.It is excellent value for the price.The most outstanding feature is not the camera itself but the support I have received from Adam whose patience and expertise is First Class.I would highly recommend this camera.

Amazing customer service

The time2technology team have the best customer service I have experienced. The response on live chat is very swift, accurate and they always offer to call if required. Easily solve issues which are generally user errors. Great products, great team and no complaints at all.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with their customer service and tech support is one of the best i have had the pleasure of contacting and their products are top notch i have the Oscar3 cctv and its brilliant i very highly recommend them

Brilliant investment

Having had one of these Cameras for the last six months we have just ordered a second one as they are invaluable. We have them in my 84-year-old mums flat so that we can identify any problems which may arise. This is such an economic way making sure my mum is safe. The cameras are easy to set up and we’ve never had a problem I would highly recommend.

Great camera

Great camera, just what I’ve been looking for but haven’t been able to find until now. There is a slight time delay but not by much. Brilliant camera, made in Britain!

The Company that doesn't like to refund within 30 day money back guarantee.

Purchased 2 off Olivia 3 Indoor Cams and found them to be useless as wireless signal kept intermittently dropping. This was no fault of my broadband or the range the cameras were in. So I arranged the cameras to be returned under the 30 day money back guarantee. Dealt with someone called Adam and lacked customer service skills and didn't issue my full refund on the end of working day. Had to escalate this with PayPal as I had no contact from Time2 and managed to get my full refund back thanks to PayPal. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

We do offer customers a 30 day returns period where customers are entitled to return their order for a refund. Upon receiving the order we look to have it processed within 5 working days and I do apologise for the delay in processing your return.

Excellent product and great Customer Service.

Having tried two previous cameras which, did not meet expectations, I purchased the Oscar 3. It is an excellent camera, easy to set up and use. It is also great value for money.
Special mention must be made to Adam who was very helpful in dealing with any queries. Nothing was too much trouble!
