Great service
After contacting them by email I immediately received a response stating someone would contact me within 24 hours. The next morning I received another email with the advice I needed to help me to solve my query. It was a simple procedure to follow. I am so grateful for the immediate help I received and would most definitely recommend this company and their products.

The helpfulness and patience of Nazia who patiently guided me through the installation process. I'm not the sharpest knife in the block when it comes to all things computers but she made it easy for me. As an aside the picture quality on the Bella Video Door Bell is second to none!.

Excellent products and customer service.
I had a different camera doorbell which I was happy with, until the app decided to breach it's agreement and force people to pay for the cloud. Having already purchased several time2 products and also having had excellent customer service I decided to buy a a Bella bell, view area is amazing, uses a SD card so no forced cloud and I love the fact it notifies on the phone If it's rung....however, two things didn't seem right, when listening to it on my phone there was a loud crackle and I don't think it notified properly. Time2s excellent customer service came in to play, I sent them a video with the crackle, I sent the bell back postage paid by them, recipt of the bell acknowledged (day after it was sent, impressive) , I was kept informed of the status, they confirmed it was faulty and a replacement quickly sent. Very happy with the product and the usual excellent customer service. Thanks Nazia

Cameras are a security risk .do not relie on these to protect your family. Constantly going off for no reason even with human body filter on so have to turn notifications off .
Then someone breaks in your home.
Even the door bell unless your in your actual home,which is pointless. it just says steaming can't actually see or speak to the people at the door.
Bought 2 packages complete waste of mo ey took 18 months to get customer service to admit it was the cameras then offered me reconditioned ones .
Who's gonna pay for my home being robben when we should of been alerted .

Who's paying to re Install the re conditioned ones you've offered after 18 mo the of doing g everything you have asked .up ladders in lofts changing Internet. Letting g you have access to our home camers .something doesn't quote add up with the other reviews as I found the non responsive and not willing to make my family feel safe .the service there actually ment to be selling .
Ultimately a broker for cameras from China. With cleaver marketing. As there no refunds might aswell buy direct from China wholesale website probably get better customer service

Great Customer Support
Great customer support when all 3 of my cameras stopped working.
Emailed the concern to their email as suspected a problem with their server.
Cameras were working again within a day.

Time2 surveillance camera
Akeel dealt with my enquiry. He provided support on how to get the Time2 surveillance pro camera working even though the camera was no longer supported as it was very old. He went out of his way to provide the appropriate software
Link and made him self available if I required further help. His help means the camera is fully operational. Thanks for doing a great job.

Oscar2 outdoor camera / Clan at Home issues
I bought an Oscar2 outdoor camera as part of my home security package in May 2022. It wasn't cheap, but I was attracted to the fact that I could monitor my system on my mobile phone via their app Clan at Home.
This worked brilliantly until late November / early December 2022 when the app would no longer let me view the camera.
When retrieving the video stream, the application would churn for a lengthy period of time before throwing up the message "Clan at Home is not responding".
After a great deal of faffing (over several days) around resetting the camera, testing the WiFi router's signal strength, connections, uninstalling and reinstalling, It transpired that the fault lay with an unbidden update of the system.
Version 2.1.7 was automatically installed onto my phone on the 20th of November. Clearly, this update is incompatible with older Motorola phones and, perhaps, other Android phones.
I downloaded and reinstalled the original 2.1.4 version that was installed in May. This has repaired the fault introduced by the later iteration.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it, Time2

Olivia cameras are working well looking after an elderly relative.
Purchased 4 Olivia cameras from Time2Technology and have found the service provided to be excellent. Their helpline is accessible and their support extremely helpful - Thank you Nazia. Would certainly use this company again.

Update on service
I posted earlier about the problems I had linking my phone to the cameras. Since then I was helped to sort out the software on my phone and it all works now. Credit to this company as they have knowledgeable staff who answer the phone and know the product. Such a nice change, other companies could learn from them!

Worked brilliantly for supervising…
Worked brilliantly for supervising elderly relative. Minor hiccup after a few months where cameras went offline. Contacted helpline and the very helpful and patient assistant talked us through how to get things working again. We think this was not a fault with the cameras but due to poor internet connectivity in the area.

I was very impressed with the prompt and positive e-mails and conversations that I had with Nazia. She was extremely helpful and made my experience with dealing with Time2technology an easy experience. I would highly recommend the Time2 products as we have four excellent Oscar 2 units installed.

Disappointing product and experience
Have a camera i bought from them, it started to malfunction, i enquired via email as to what to do and never got an answer. Did not really needed it anymore so left it sit in a corner. Recently needed to use it again so i tried to set it up again, and again it does not work properly, enquired again to hear me say its too old and they do not look after it anymore… not even some credit towards a new one or anything. Felt pretty let down.
Following my review they offered me 20% on their products which are quite expensive and not great quality… but how do they expect me to spend another 50£ after i spent 60£ to use a very average product that lasted only a year… 🤷🏼♂️

Good products - excellent aftersales!
I bought two indoor cameras several years ago to keep an eye on our dogs when we're away from home. Have always been pleased with them, their functions, quality of the pictures and ease of use of the app. Very happy with my purchase and, the only time I've had to contact the company their response was excellent and immediate (thanks Nazia !!!). Highly recommended.
